<![CDATA[Sistem pemilihan petugas Penanganan Prasarana dan Sarana Umum (PPSU) pada Kelurahan Bantarwaru masih bersifat subjektif, seperti halnya kedekatan dengan kepala seksi/atasan. Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan pemilihan PPSU terbaik yang dilakukan oleh Lurah Bantarwaru mengalami kesulitan saat proses rekap dan belum adanya perankingan dari hasil penilaian akhir, sehingga sulit menentukan hasil kinerja PPSU terbaik. Metode Simpel Additive Weighting (SAW) merupakan cara efektif dalam menyeleksi PPSU terbaik, dengan menerapkan SPK sehingga dapat memutuskan hasil yang tepat dalam menseleksi PPSU terbaik. Penerapan metode SAW dilakukan dengan pembobotan terhadap kriteria karyawan. Dengan menggunakan metode SAW, permasalahan penilaian yang ada diharapkan menjadi lebih tepat, karena didasarkan pada perhitungan nilai kriteria dan bobot yang sudah ditentukan, sehingga mendapatkan hasil lebih efektif dan efisien karena waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam perhitungan lebih singkat. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa anggota PPSU terbaik pilihan Kelurahan Bantarwaru bernama Zainudin, dengan mendapatkan nilai total tertinggi pada angka 1.000.
