<![CDATA[Practically, 20-40% of construction failures occur in the execution phase, whereby most of the risks depend on the performance of the contractor. Quality control is a system related to technical activities that are measured and controlled to ensure the results being produced conform to the specification. The purpose of this work is to study the implementation of quality control in construction companies in the construction project of Sky House apartment in Alam Sutera, such that it was observed whether the quality control had been implemented appropriately. In this study, the main information came from the field study, and the supporting data came from the interviews of quality assurance inspector from the contractor. The interview was to obtain the factual information about the quality assurance in the project. This study uses observation and information gathering from the site to investigate the quality control implementation of the Sky House Alam Sutera apartment project. Abstrak Dalam praktiknya, sekitar 20-40% kegagalan konstruksi terjadi pada tahap pelaksanaan dengan sebagian besar resiko kegagalan bergantung pada pekerjaan kontraktor. Kontrol kualitas adalah sistem yang terkait dengan operasi teknis, pengukuran dan kontrol untuk memastikan bahwa produk yang diproduksi memenuhi spesifikasi yang ditentukan. Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk menyelidiki penerapan pengendalian kualitas di perusahaan konstruksi pada proyek pembangunan perumahan Sky House Alam Sutera sehingga dapat dilihat apakah penerapan kendali mutu tersebut diterapkan dengan baik. Dalam penelitian ini, informasi dasar diperoleh dari studi lapangan, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dengan mewawancarai pengawas mutu (dari pihak kontraktor). Tujuan wawancara yaitu untuk memperoleh keterangan faktual tentang pelaksanaan proyek di lapangan.
