Abstract

UD. ACC Plastics Surabaya is a company engaged in the household furniture plastic industry business. In terms of the company's sales in 2022 it still has not reached the target, so the company must have a solution to this problem so that its sales volume can increase and reach sales targets. UD ACC Plastics through the SWOT method produced an IFE Matrix with a total score of 0.7098 while an EFE Matrix with a total score of 0.3512. The priority strategy AHP method that can be implemented in the Company is the SO Strategy Approaching the nearest market and using technology and information through website marketing to promote products. The WO strategy is to improve product quality by maximizing human resources in order to take advantage of existing technological advances. ST's strategy is to innovate products to survive in the midst of the emergence of similar products by seeking competitive suppliers in order to obtain good raw materials in terms of quality and quantity. WT's strategy is to cooperate with nearby markets to expand the business network by setting prices. The marketing strategy implemented at UD ACC Plastics is to approach the nearest market to establish cooperation in the sales sector, use technology and information through website marketing to promote products, improve product quality, maximize human resources, innovate so that products survive amidst emergence of similar products, looking for competitive suppliers in order to get good raw materials in terms of quality and quantity, setting prices that can compete with other businesses

Abstract

Sidoarjo merupakan salah satu kota yang berkembang sangat pesat di Jawa Timur. Pertumbuhan jumlah pembangunan yang ada dapat dilihat oleh beberapa orang sebagai peluang bisnis, salah satunya adalah sealant silicone dan self drilling, yang dapat dikatakan sering digunakan oleh masyarakat karena digunakan sebagai bahan pelindung dan untuk menyambungkan baja ringan. CV. Cahaya Berkat Bersama merupakan salah satu distributor silicone sealant dan self drilling screw dari kota Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Saat ini CV. Cahaya Berkat Bersama berencana memperluas kehadirannya di Sidoarjo dengan memaksimalkan perluasan pasar. Rencana pengembangan usaha juga mencakup penyewaan ruko untuk perkantoran dan penjualan eceran, sehingga penjualan tidak lagi terbatas pada toko. Studi kelayakan pengembangan usaha ini dikaji melalui beberapa spek yaitu, aspek lingkungan, aspek pasar dan pemasaran, serta aspek keuangan. Untuk menghitung analisis kelayakan investasi, digunakan beberapa metode analisis yaitu, dengan menggunakan metode Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Keseluruhan dari metode tersebut menunjukan hasil bahwa pengembangan CV. Cahaya Berkat Bersama bisa diterima dan layak dilaksanakan atau tidak.

Abstract

The feasibility analysis for establishing a CV. Wisnu Motor business on Jl. Leminggir Mojosari aims to determine the feasibility of a company. In an analysis of the feasibility of establishing a business, it can be carried out through several aspects, namely a monetary perspective, a special perspective, a market perspective and an advertising perspective using the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP) technique. ) and Profitability Index (PI). This analysis produces data that shows the NPV of the CV business establishment. Vishnu Motor for Rp. 1,974,607,419, with an IRR of 30.25%, then the PP for the business is 1 year 4 months 8 days, and the PI is 2.43. According to the existing analysis regarding feasibility here, it can be concluded that the CV. Wisnu Motor establishment business has fulfilled the feasibility of being established, because it has a positive NPV value, a higher IRR on funding costs, a relatively short PP, and a PI that shows greater than above.
