Abstract

Enam komoditas pangan lokal non-beras, antara lain ubi jalar, talas, sagu, jagung, pisang, dan kentang, tercantum pada roadmap diversifikasi pangan 2020-2024 berpotensi menggantikan nasi. Ubi jalar banyak dijumpai di pasar dengan harga murah karena mudah tumbuh, menjadikan tanaman ini familiar. Desa Sidera ialah daerah penghasil ubi jalar. Tingginya produksi ubi jalar di Desa Sidera dapat dimanfaatkan KWT Flamboyan untuk diolah menjadi produk pangan non beras seperti mie dan puding. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan KWT Flamboyan dalam pengolahan ubi jalar menjadi produk olahan pangan. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari : persiapan, penyuluhan, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluation. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini berjalan lancar dan terlihat dari aktifnya partisipasi peserta saat penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Mie ubi dan puding ubi selain dapat dikonsumsi juga dapat menjadi peluang bisnis bagi KWT Flamboyan. Sehingga selain mendukung kebijakan diversifikasi pangan, produk ini dapat membantu menambah pendapatan keluarga.

Abstract

Maize productivity in Palolo District only reaches 4.8 tons/ha, far below the national average.  Suboptimal cultivation techniques, limited access to superior seeds, and the use of fertilizers and pesticides that are not in accordance with the recommendations. Farmers' limited knowledge of modern agricultural practices and lack of access to technology and training also affect production yields. A synergistic agribusiness system ensures integration between the upstream and downstream sectors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the success of the maize agribusiness system and formulate a strategy for the development of the maize agribusiness system. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The analysis method uses agribusiness index, SWOT analysis and AHP. As a result of the calculation of the agribusiness system index, the value obtained is 11.4 from the maximum value of 17.4 or 65.5%.  It shows that the maize agribusiness system is running well, in a good value interval (8.71-17.40). As a result of the SWOT and AHP analysis, there are four main strategies for the development of maize agribusiness: Improving farmers' skills through training and mentoring the latest agricultural technology (weight 0.225), optimizing land use and maximizing production (weight 0.219), increasing maize productivity with active extension and technological innovation (weight 0.137), increasing productivity and availability of facilities through the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices and environmentally friendly technology (weight 0.106).

Abstract

The study aims to find out the impact of the earthquake and on the social and economic aspects and to know and analyzes the income after the earthquake and the cap. Like farmers in the Village of Jono Oge, Sidera and Sidondo 1 Sigi District Central Sulawesi Province. The Impact of a very all aspects except the social aspect except the social aspect The economy the loca community.This of research is descrivtive and quantitative. Research Descrivtive is resecearch that expalains the impact of social economic aspect, post-earth, liquefaction, and quantitative research is research that analyzes the data of observation results questionnaires and direct interview and documentation of tecniques using sampling proposive methods, with the number of respondent 148 people. The result of the study showed that the impact of earthquake dan developed on the Sociol economi aspect, namely: 1) The change in farmers activities due to the loss of propertyof shalter, thus encouraging some farmers to switch professions to meet their daily needs; 2) The amount of revenue of farmers before the earthquake in the Village of Jono Oge, Sidera and Sidondo 1, Sigi district City, with an average land area of 0.74 ha with an average revenue of IDR IDR 11.523.648,65 with an average total cost of IDR 4.474.400,34. So that the average income of IDR 7.049.248,31 For one time growing season; 3) The amount of revenue of farmers after the earthquake in the Village of Jono Oge, Sidera and Sidondo 1, Sigi district City, with an average land area of 0.68 ha with an average revenue of IDR IDR 11.796.875,00 with an average total cost of IDR 7.548.819,71 So that the average income of IDR 4.248.055,29 For one time growing season.
