Abstract

Abstrak- Odoo merupakan aplikasi open source  berbasis web  digunakan sebagai aplikasi Sistem Informasi Miniso, untuk menyesaikan permasalahan dalam pengelolaan transaksi bisnis . Aplikasi Odoo sangat tepat untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pengelolaan transaksi bisnis Miniso yang masih manual. Sistem ERP ini tidak hanya dapat menggunakan jaringan intranet saja akan tetapi jaringanya sudah bisa terkoneksi internet sehingga memudahkan bagi user untuk melakukan penginputan data , pengolahan, dan pembuatan ouput yang berupa laporan dapat dilakukan secara online. Modul-modul yang disediakan oleh Odoo sendiri banyak, antara lain: accounting, inventory, sales, purchase, point of sales, CRM, website, Human Resources, E-commerce, Project Management dan masih banyak lagi. Pengguna hanya tinggal meng-install modul-modul yang dibutuhkan. Modul yang tersedia adalah standar sistem internasional. Pada penelitian ini, penulis mencoba mengimplementasikan Odoo ini pada system data di Miniso. Dimana terdapat 14 tampilan yang dibuat, antara lain  menu login sebagai menu awal untuk masuk ke system ini, menu warehouse untuk menampilkan stok barang pada gudang, sampai yang terakhir adalah menu laporan. Dengan dibuatkannya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah pengguna terutama admin dalam mengelola proses transaksi bisnis di Miniso, yang mencakup antara lain  laporan permintaan dan stok barang, laporan order barang, sampai dengan laporan akhir. Kata kunci : odoo, ERP, implementasi , modul,  open source, berbasis web.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui defect apa saja yang sering muncul pada proses injection dan kombinasi item defect apa saja yang sering terjadi, untuk melakukan pengendalian kualitas produk yang bersangkutan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode algoritma apriori yang dapat mengelola nilai input yang sesuai dengan kriteria-kriteria pada item yang mempunyai nilai support dan confidence tertentu dengan perhitungan RapidMiner. Algoritma apriori merupakan salah satu algoritma dalam data mining yang dapat digunakan dalam association rule untuk menentukan frequent itemset yang berfungsi untuk membantu menemukan pola dalam sebuah data. Dengan menggunakan algoritma apriori, dapat menghasilkan pola kombinasi sebanyak 17(tujuh belas) rules dengan nilai support sebesar 70% dan nilai confidence tertinggi dari 17(tujuh belas) rules tersebut sebesar 93% yang terdapat dalam rule Lock Broken → Disscolour.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada saat ini sudah merambah ke segala aspek kehidupan manusia, salah satunya adalah aspek pendidikan. Tidak dapat dipungkiri dengan hadirnya teknologi informasi, sangat mendorong kemajuan informasi di bidang pendidikan. Pengelolaan sistem informasi yang berkaitan dengan dunia pendidikan menjadi lebih mudah, efektif dan efisiensi. Sistem pengolahan data yang baik akan mempengaruhi hasil informasi yang tepat, cepat dan akurat sehingga pemimpin instansi pendidikan dapat mengambil keputusan yang dapat membawa kemajuan bagi instansi pendidikan dibawah kepemimpinannya. Rancangan sistem ini menghasilkan aplikasi SIPSIBA (Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Siswa Baru) dengan menggunakan metode waterfall yang menyertakan tools sistem yaitu data flow diagram (DFD), entity relationship diagram (ERD) dan logical relational structure (LRS). Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dengan merancang user interface aplikasi SIPSIBA yang user friendy akan memudahan user dalam penggunaannya.

Abstract

The more rapid growth of information technology in the world, so that more and more people are taking advantage of this advancement in information technology in various activities of life or to solve various problems. One of them is filling positions that have not been filled for promotion processes often experience problems because the submission of prospective candidates who can occupy the position by matching employee profiles and job profiles is not resolved properly. To minimize these constraints, a decision support system is needed that can analyze employee performance in accordance with existing job profiles. The Profile Matching process is carried out to determine career planning recommendations by calculating sub-criteria from each aspect (work attitude and intellectual capacity) which consists of 4 stages including the calculation of the GAP value, the calculation of the core and secondary factor values ​​and the calculation of the total value and ranking. The results of this study will produce a form in the form of employee recommendations with the highest score of 5.4163 on behalf of Ariz and Widi which has the same numerical value as the number from the calculation method used.

Abstract

Youtube media is one of the social media for communication used by the community, not out of reach of children. The rapid development of information technology, of course, this has an influence on human life. Talking about life in humans, it cannot be separated from human behavior. Some psychologists say that children tend to fully absorb what they see, and children will learn from what they see. This can trigger creativity for young children. The creativity of each individual can be seen in terms of how he makes something he thinks of because he sees an object that already exists and then he innovates it into a new form. This attracted the attention of the author to identify and describe the impact of watching YouTube videos on the development of early childhood creativity. This type of research is based on developing phenomena, how much influence is brought about by technological advances on YouTube social media in the formation of children's behavior. The process of completing the goals to be achieved in this study is to provide information about recommendations for child development with positive creativity, making it easier to determine early childhood development by using the Decision Tree Algorithm C4,5 method. The problem in this study is that early childhood imaginations are higher and will be affected by streaming video ads on YouTube. The results showed that children aged 3 and 4 years often watched, while children aged 5 and 6 years did not watch often, so the role of parents was more dominant in supervising children aged 3 and 4 years.

Abstract

Measurement of working time (time study) is basically an attempt to determine the placement of mechanical work from the length of work time required by a mechanic to complete a job. This study aims to place the optimal mechanical work in the context of service operational time efficiency and obtain optimal time savings that can be achieved by mechanics in working on motorcycle servicing so as to maximize income using the Hungarian Method. The purpose of this research is to optimize employee assignments by looking at the mechanical working time. The problems that occur at ISTANA BAN are the ineffectiveness of the work process time and the swelling of operational costs, especially in the work of Matic Kaburator, Injection Matic, Injection Duck, Kaburator Duck and Sport with 5 workers. The results of the Assignment Application with the Hungarian Method and Software Quality Management (QM) Testing, Evan mechanics serviced the Duck Kaburator motorbike with a service time of 25 minutes, Minus mechanic serviced the Injection Duck motorbike with a service time of 24 minutes, Hermon mechanic serviced the Sport motorbike with a service time of 27 minutes, mechanic Anton servicing the Matic Injection motorbike with a service time of 25 minutes, mechanic Zola servicing the Matic Kaburator motorbike with a service time of 26 minutes. After analyzing the possibilities, it can be concluded that all mechanics can service each type of motor if the assigned mechanic has worked on the specified type of motor. By minimizing mechanical service time, it will have an impact on Tire Zone revenue because the number of motorbikes being serviced is increasing. Total Tire Zone revenue can be increased from pre-implementation revenue using the Hungarian Method.

Abstract

Consumer needs for safety and comfort in driving are very important, especially for two-wheeled or motorcycle riders. A good helmet is a helmet that is safe and comfortable when worn. Helmet qualifications that meet SNI standards are open helmets and closed helmets. Transactions are carried out online, because it was still in a pandemic situation when it was established. By carrying the tag line "Ride Safety With Your Own Style", trying to educate the younger generation to keep paying attention to safety when driving but also not neglecting fashion. For the type of sale of bogo and retro helmet brands, with a variety of colors and affordable prices. A common problem faced is how to predict or forecast future helmet sales based on pre-recorded data. This prediction is very influential on the decision to determine the number of helmets that must be provided, if you order helmets in sufficient quantities and it turns out that only a few helmet sales are sold and this will cause the stock of helmets to accumulate. The results of predictions for the sale of bogo helmets in Baris True Instances amounted to 16 data, which means Valid with 53% data accuracy. Meanwhile, there are 10 data classified as Instancely Classified Instance which means Invalid, with data accuracy of 46.67%. The amount of accuracy in the Weka application is the same as the amount of accuracy in Excel calculations. From the explanation above, the Naïve Bayes algorithm method is the best solution for predicting important things in a business need and others.

Abstract

All agencies, companies, and public spaces must employ security guards to maintain security. The problem with the security guard's schedule is that there is an imbalance in disciplinary issues, poor performance because there is no seniority that is emulated so that the guard is not optimal which results in the problem of losing employee items, working time is not according to the rules and there is a vacancy in personnel due to personnel not coming to work, suing With the existence of a policy in the placement and distribution of the right employee work schedule, it is hoped that it can synergize all elements in the institution so that the quantity and quality of the security guard's work can increase and be completed on time. One of the techniques in data mining is classification. By applying classification techniques to security guard data and work schedules, the Decision Tree method and C4.5 algorithm are developed. The results of data processing form the root node of the gender tree as the root, that those who get schedule A are men while those who get schedule B with high school and junior level education are women, besides that they get schedule A. The accuracy of all classifications of the correct number is 61, 53%.

Abstract

Many local governments now prioritize human development when trying to raise the standard of living and welfare of their citizens. Developing effective development policies in West Java, one of Indonesia's most populous provinces, requires a thorough understanding of human development patterns in various districts and cities. Using the Human Development Index (HDI) as the primary indicator, we examine regional development patterns in this study using machine learning techniques, specifically clustering analysis. This study's scope includes an HDI analysis for each of West Java's 27 districts and cities from 2017 to 2022. Finding clusters of districts or cities with comparable human development traits and comparing and contrasting them are our primary goals. We provide a solution that allows for improved mapping and comprehension of human development patterns in West Java by utilizing the Python programming language as the primary tool and the K-Means clustering algorithm. The study's findings indicate that there are three major categories of districts and cities, each with a distinct human development pattern. By using clustering analysis, we can determine which districts or cities within each group have the highest and lowest levels of human development. This information helps policymakers plan more inclusive and sustainable development. In conclusion, a clustering analysis approach based on machine learning can be a helpful tool for understanding and creating more focused and efficient regional development policies in West Java and other areas.
