Abstract

cIn the development of information technology and computerization today, it encourages humans to create systems that can help their lives. Especially in the case of inventory of goods, especially if the location of these items is unknown due to their large number and large and large storage space. The PSO (Particle Swarm Optimazation) algorithm method is a suitable method for dealing with problems, namely searching for inventory data on computer equipment. This method is very useful, especially where the inventory stock of computer equipment is already huge, thousands of them. Especially with the small components. Equipment or computer data whose location was previously unknown, it is hoped that with this PSO algorithm method the inventory can be known which is then put in the data and managed properly. The reporting of computer equipment inventory data can be conveyed properly so that the company management can determine the steps to be taken with the data obtained.

Abstract

Bimbingan Konseling (BK) memiliki peran strategis dalam membina kedisiplinan siswa di lingkungan sekolah. Namun, proses pencatatan dan evaluasi pelanggaran siswa yang masih dilakukan secara manual menyebabkan keterlambatan pengolahan data, kesulitan rekapitulasi, serta kurangnya objektivitas dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dashboard interaktif sistem poin pelanggaran siswa berbasis metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) di SMK Yapinktek Kota Tangerang. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rekayasa sistem melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, pengumpulan data, perancangan sistem, implementasi model SAW, serta pengujian fungsional. Metode SAW digunakan untuk melakukan pembobotan dan pemeringkatan tingkat pelanggaran siswa berdasarkan kriteria jenis pelanggaran, frekuensi pelanggaran, dan total akumulasi poin. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan sistem informasi berbasis web yang dilengkapi dashboard visual interaktif dalam bentuk grafik tren pelanggaran, indikator warna (hijau, kuning, merah), dan tabel peringkat siswa. Sistem ini mampu memberikan rekomendasi prioritas penanganan siswa secara objektif dan terukur. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert melalui uji User Acceptance Test (UAT) yang mencakup aspek Usability, Akurasi, Visualisasi, Kinerja, dan Kepuasan Pengguna. Pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa dashboard interaktif berbasis SAW dapat meningkatkan efektivitas monitoring dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan Guru BK secara lebih cepat, akurat, dan transparan dibandingkan dengan metode manual yang selama ini diterapkan.
