Abstract

The purpose of this study is to perform database’s planning that supports Prototype Modeling Data Warehouse in the Ministry of Agriculture, especially in the Distribution Center and Reserves in the field of distribution, reserve and price. With the prototype of Data Warehouse, the process of data analysis anddecision-making process by the top management will be easier and more accurate. Research’s method used was data collection and design method. Data warehouse’s design method was done by using Kimball’s nine stepsmethodology. Database design was done by using the ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and activity diagram. The data used for the analysis was obtained from an interview with the head of Distribution, Reserve and Food Price. The results obtained through the analysis incorporated into the Data Warehouse Prototype have been designed to support decision-making. To conclude, Prototype Data Warehouse facilitates the analysis of data, the searching of history data and decision-making by the top management.

Abstract

Implementation of NFC Technology was developed to facilitate instant payment transaction such as purchase tickets, goods, or service to become one of the digital wallet besides to using credit cards. The high rate of mobile devices usage in Indonesia make many companies take advantage of this device as a media in electronic payment transactions, a lot of banking and financial product in Indonesia used this technology such as E-money, T-cash, Flazz, Ooredoo, Dompetku, XL-Tunaiku, Doku Wallet, Skye card, Artajasa MYNT and many more. The technique that used in this research to prove the hypotheses was Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Smart PLS software, we will used questionnaire and literature review method to found trend of NFC use. The population from which to draw conclusion was defined as all individual capable use NFC Technology for payment transaction .In this study, we will investigate NFC use in Indonesia, The proposed research model was develop by TAM Framework with some dimension from NFC study iterature that is Mobile Payment Knowledge, Technology, Trust, Behaviour and Compatibility into the model, in order to determine the significant factor that influence of NFC use in Indonesia.

Abstract

The quick development of artificial intelligence has contributed to the use of chatbots as alternative methods for collecting information within organizations. However, empirical studies that combine technology acceptance and system success perspectives to clarify chatbot usage remain lacking. This study analyzes the adoption of chatbots as information search engines by integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model (ISSM) through a quantitative approach involving the distribution of questionnaires to 400 employees who have experience interacting with chatbots. The research model includes Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Intention to Use, and Actual Use, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that System Quality and Service Quality substantially impact Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness. Perceived Ease of Use significantly influences Perceived Usefulness, which eventually impacts Intention to Use and Actual Use. However, Information Quality doesn't significantly impact Perceived Ease of Use or Perceived Usefulness. These results provide theoretical and practical insights for improving chatbot adoption for employees.
