Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, employee engagement, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan menjadi salah satu peran penting dalam perkembangan perusahaan atau organisasi yang dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap perusahaan atau organisasi serta pribadi pekerja itu sendiri yang dimana jika pengelolaan kinerja karyawan baik maka akan terwujudnya suasana kerja yg optimal dalam produktifitas tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan PT. Nusantara Jaya Teknologi yang bergerak di bidang distributor komputer dengan populasi penelitian sebanyak 119 responden yang merupakan karyawan. Metode penentuan sampel penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara online melalui penyebaran link google form. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan mengolah data serta menguji hipotesis dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Beberapa temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah employee engagement dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya pelatihan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, pelatihan memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh employee engagement.

Abstract

In improving employee satisfaction, the company has tried to improve employee satisfaction through various programs such as improving incentives, creating the most comfortable working conditions or environment. The purpose of the study was to determine the extent to which job satisfaction and organizational commitment influence employee performance and the relationship between these variables. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach using a Likert scale-based questionnaire. The research sample consisted of 110 State-Owned Banks employees who were domiciled in Jakarta and had worked for at least one year, with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach. The results of the study showed that job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, job satisfaction did not have a significant effect on employee performance directly.
