Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pegawai di Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang mampu menyumbangkan produktivitas terbesar bagi Indonesia namun belum mampu meningkatkan posisi Indonesia di tingkat produktivitas pegawai negara Asia Tenggara. Hal tersebut merujuk pada gaya kepemimpinan, deskripsi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan formula Krejcie dan Morgan dalam penentuan responden nya yang dimana penelitian ini memiliki populasi lebih dari 100.000 sehingga didapatkan responden sebanyak 384 responden. Responden merupakan pegawai perusahaan yang perusahaannya berdomisili di daerah DKI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, deskripsi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, serta gaya kepemipinan, deskripsi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja.   This research discusses employees in DKI Jakarta Province who are able to contribute the greatest productivity to Indonesia but have not been able to improve Indonesia's position in the level of employee productivity in Southeast Asian countries. This refers to the leadership style, job description, and work environment which influence employee work productivity. The method in this research uses a quantitative method. This research uses the Krejcie and Morgan formula in determining respondents, where this research has a population of more than 100,000 so 384 respondents were obtained. Respondents are company employees whose companies are domiciled in the DKI Jakarta area. The research results show that leadership style has a significant effect on work productivity, work description has a significant effect on work productivity, and the work environment has a significant effect on work productivity, and leadership style, work description, and work environment have a significant effect on work productivity

Abstract

This planning/research is about the effect of training, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance with the aim of knowing the effect of training, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The method used is quantitative. The research sample taken is the employee of CV Sido Agung. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analysis used is descriptive analysis. The testing technique includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test in the form of normality test, hypothesis test in the form of t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression test. The results showed that : (1) There was no influence between training on employee performance, (2) There was no positive and significant effect between motivation on employee performance, (3) There was no positive and significant effect between job satisfaction on employee performance, (4) There is an influence between training, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance.

Abstract

The unevenness of educational development in Indonesia causes inequality in the quality of education in rural and urban areas. In Indonesia, it is recorded that 13.21% of urban people continue their education to tertiary institutions, while in rural areas it is only 3.84%. This causes many high school and vocational school graduate students from rural areas to choose to migrate with the aim of getting a better quality education. One of the campuses in South Jakarta is a campus that is a destination for overseas students because the number of students on that campus is dominated by students from outside JABODETABEK. The aim of this research is to find out how overseas students go through a period of social adaptation or adjustment in terms of the aspects of peer social support, interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection using questionnaires via Likert scale measurements. In this research, there were 277 samples from the total number of overseas students in all 2022 class study programs on the campus, which were taken using a simple random sampling method. Quantitative analysis is carried out through the application of multiple linear analysis. The results of this research show that the three variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the social adjustment of overseas students by 64.5%.
