Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of the results of implementing project-based learning in the Climate Field School (CFS) training, which can be implemented to support agriculture in participating countries. The training applies the 10:20:70 concept, where at the end of the training, participants are given the task of creating a project based on the learning outcomes in the classroom. Ultimately, the training will reveal how participants design the implementation of CFS according to their needs. The research utilizes a descriptive analysis method, outlining the entire evaluation from the beginning to the end, including pre-tests and post-tests, the development of implementation action plans, and presentation results over one month at the participants' workplaces. The data for this research is obtained from the evaluation of daily learning processes in the classroom. Evaluation of participants' knowledge improvement is conducted through pre-tests and post-tests, showing an increase in knowledge from a pre-test score of 57.3 to 66.7 in the post-test. Participants attended Zoom presentations to share the results of the implementation practices conducted in their respective countries. From sharing their implementation experiences, 12 out of 19 participants successfully executed the implementation, achieving a success rate of 63%. The research results indicate that the Project-Based Learning (PBL) model can be effectively applied by participants. Through classroom learning outcomes, participants were able to adopt the learning process effectively, as evidenced by the improvement in pre-test and post-test scores. Based on the implementation results, participants were capable of formulating and executing an action plan in the form of PBL, fostering communication and collaboration in the workplace. The application of the PBL model successfully addressed a 63% implementation success rate
