Abstract

Self-harm merupakan perilaku melukai diri tanpa bermaksud untuk bunuh diri. Akhir-akhir ini, self-harm meningkat pada wanita usia subur dan menyebabkan masalah kesehatan global. Berbagai faktor resiko seperti masa perjalan kehidupan yang buruk, kurangnya dukungan sosioemosional, karakteristik pribadi, faktor resiko lingkungan, faktor resiko kehamilan, faktor resiko neurobiologik dan kekurangan gizi, merupakan faktor penyebab terjadinya self-harm. Perilaku self-harm tidak hanya berefek secara fisik dan psikologis pada ibu namun juga memberikan efek merugikan pada janin. Wanita yang memiliki faktor resiko self-harm dan sedang hamil perlu untuk dideteksi untuk mencegah terjadinya perilaku beresiko Self-harm is an act or self-inflicted injury without suicidal intent. In recent years, the self-harm are increasing in women of childbearing age and are recognized as a global health problem. Various risk factors such as adverse life events, lack of social and emotional support, personality traits, environment risk factor, gestational risk factor, neurobiological risk factor and nutritional deficiency have been identified in women presenting self-harm. Such acts not only affect the physical and psychological well-being of the women but also have deleterious effects on overall children’s development of all domains. Women presenting with self-harm during perinatal period shoukd be evaluated carefully for underlying causative factors and adequately treated so as to decrease the morbidity

Abstract

Autism spectrum disorder is a neurodevelopmental developmental disorder characterized by decreased function in reciprocal social interaction abilities, communication and language deficits, stereotyped behavior, limited interests and activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of children with autism spectrum disorders using a descriptive method with a synthesis approach of several research articles. The research used is ten studies from various research sites in Indonesia. The results showed that from 10 studies, the most cases were diagnosed at pre-school age with an incidence of 94 cases with a percentage of 66.67%, males were more reported to suffer from autism spectrum disorders with an incidence rate of 147 cases with a percentage of 78.6%, normal birth weight was more Many experienced autism spectrum disorders, namely 143 cases with a percentage of 66.82% and had a history of pregnancy complications in 268 cases with a percentage of 57.47%, middle to upper socioeconomic status as many as 41 cases with a percentage of 68.3%. The conclusion is that the prevalence of children with autism spectrum disorders is more diagnosed at pre-school age, more in boys, with normal birth weight, and who have a history of pregnancy complications, as well as upper middle socioeconomic status.
