Abstract

Profession is something position work something professional relation with position or work certain ones with itself requires expertise, knowledge and skills certain too. In other words, work that is professional is only job made by special people prepare For That No job done by those who because No obtain work other. Study This aim For know How role and impact teacher professionalism increase performance Study students at SDN 1 Batu Nampar. Study This use study type qualitative with take location at SDN 1 Batu Nampar. Data collection using method observation, interview and documentation. Subject researcher in study This is head School, Class 5 Teacher, Class III Teacher, Class 2 Teacher, and School Operator. Data analysis techniques were carried out in a manner interactive and ongoing in a manner Keep going continuously until complete so that got to the point data saturation. Inspection data validation is carried out with data triangulation. Result of study This that the teacher's professional role for increase quality Study student especially in competence Teacher professionalism includes five aspects namely : 1) master material, structure, concept, and pattern think supporting science eye lessons taught , 2 ) master standard competency and competency base eye lessons taught, 3 ) develop material taught learning in a manner creative, 4) develop professionalism in a manner sustainable with do action reflective, and 5) make use of technology information and communication For develop self. Research in class V regarding impact teacher professionalism increase performance Study students at SDN 1 Batu Nampar so influential and every most of the year experience improvement. it can observed from results amount mark end of semester one year The last one is always increasing.

Abstract

Learning media is one component in education that determines the success of the learning process. So that educators need to understand the use of learning media by adjusting the material to be taught. The purpose of the study was to determine the use of image media as a medium to foster students' interest in reading. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation, while the data analysis was data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study prove that in order to increase students' interest in reading, using image media gets better results compared to learning that only relies on one-sided conversations. Students generally aged between 8-10 years are very happy with image media, especially if the images used as media are full of attractive colors. Image media can clarify a problem, in any field and for any age level, so that it can prevent misunderstandings. Image media is easy to get and use without the need for special equipment. The hypothesis that can be formulated in this study is that the use of image media as a learning medium has a positive effect on children's interest in reading at MI Raudlatul Wathoni. Looking at the results of the research conducted by researchers on grade 5 students at MI Raudlatul Wathoni, through picture story books media is very suitable to be used as a medium to increase students' interest in reading. Of the 20 samples used in the study, around 35% felt happy reading using picture story books. while those who were very happy were around 55%, less happy 15%, not happy around 0% and those who were very unhappy as much as 0%.

Abstract

One of the problems of education in Indonesia that is widely discussed is the low quality of education which is reflected in the low average learning outcomes. Another problem is that the approach to learning is still too dominated by the role of teachers. This study aimed to improve the learning outcomes of social studies of class VIII students at MTs Raudlatul Wathoni NW Taman Sari on identifying market forms in community economic activities. This study is a class experiment study which was carried out only 3 times in two classes, namely class VIIIA (experimental class) and class VIIB (control class). Student learning outcome data were collected through an evaluation test given at the end of the meeting. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes, namely in the experimental class the average value was 70.13, and in the control class with an average value of 66.25. Based on these results, overall this study can be said to be successful because there is a difference between the learning outcomes of the experimental class and the learning outcomes of the control class. At the end of the study, the purpose of the study had been achieved where student learning outcomes had met the requirements for achievement. namely the average class value increases from each cycle and the classical learning completion of at least 85% of students getting a score of >60 has been achieved. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the participatory learning model can improve the social studies learning outcomes of MTs Raudlatul Wathoni NW Taman Sari students.
