Abstract

Smuggling at present has reached an alarming level, no longer merely constituting an economic offense but amounting to an economic crime. The smuggling of goods, particularly textiles, has caused significant losses and adversely affected the national economy. The state’s response in establishing a special task force to address smuggling has, in practice, been unable to eradicate the influx of smuggled goods in a comprehensive manner. Measures undertaken thus far have proven inadequate in resolving the problem. The sanctions provided under Law No. 17 of 2006 on Customs, in the form of criminal penalties and/or fines, are considered insufficient if the objective is to recover the losses suffered by the state, both in terms of taxation and other economic consequences. In reality, such sanctions have failed to create a deterrent effect, leaving the state in a position of continual loss.

Abstract

Algebra is a branch of mathematics that is abstract in form so that students do errors in solving problems of Algebra. The purpose of this research is to describe: (1) the errors form made by students in solving algebraic operation story problems based on the Newman stage, (2) the scaffolding form given to students who make errors in solving problems of algebraic form operations. This research is a qualitative descriptive with research subjects of 3 students of class VIII at MTs Unggulan Singa Putih. The results of the study state that: (1) the errors form on the reading step is students cannot read the problems by beheading or stopping correctly, on the comprehension step the students do not know the meaning of the problem, on the transformation step the students cannot modelling variables appropriately, on the process skill step the students unable to perform operation of algebraic forms appropriately, on the encoding step the students cannot answer correct conclusions, (2) the scaffolding forms given to students is students are requested to recheck or reread the results of their work, students are given questions that lead students to think more about the problem, and give praise to motivate students to improve their work.

Abstract

Koperasi Pertanian (KT) sering menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan inventaris dan keuangan yang efisien, padahal kedua aspek ini sangat penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi usaha pertanian dan menumbuhkan semangat kewirausahaan anggotanya. Kesenjangan utama adalah kurangnya media pendidikan praktis yang secara khusus mengintegrasikan konsep pendidikan matematika (seperti perhitungan perencanaan inventaris dan analisis biaya) ke dalam konteks manajemen KT, sehingga menghambat pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi secara mendalam kebutuhan, tantangan, dan spesifikasi fungsional untuk pengembangan Aplikasi Pendidikan Matematika Kewirausahaan Berbasis Mobile yang dapat meningkatkan kompetensi anggota dalam mengelola inventaris dan keuangan koperasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dengan model 4D (Definisikan, Rancang, Kembangkan, Sebarkan), tetapi implementasi penelitian ini terbatas pada tahap Definisi (Analisis Kebutuhan). Desain penelitian adalah studi kasus deskriptif dalam kerangka R&D. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap administrator dan anggota Koperasi Petani. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi, dan daftar periksa analisis dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan kompetensi, kebutuhan materi matematika kewirausahaan, dan fitur aplikasi yang dibutuhkan. Temuan dari tahap Definisi menunjukkan kebutuhan mendesak akan aplikasi seluler yang mudah diakses yang menyajikan materi pendidikan matematika kontekstual dan simulasi perhitungan untuk perencanaan inventaris koperasi dan pelaporan keuangan, yang diyakini dapat secara signifikan mendorong peningkatan efisiensi pertanian dan keterampilan kewirausahaan di antara para anggota.
