<![CDATA[In IKOPIN University, the organization of student activities begins with submitting a proposal for approval. At the end of organizing activities, student organizations must submit an LPJ as a form of accountability for reporting activities. The method of assessing proposals and LPJs carried out by the Ikopin University Student Affairs Section is currently still organized, monitored, and evaluated manually and has not been systemized. This research aims to create a system that can help make decisions to assess proposals and LPJs from student organization activities within IKOPIN University. One alternative that can be applied to form an evaluation system and monitoring of activity plans is to apply a decision-making system through the TOPSIS method approach. This system is built using PHP programming language as server side and SQL as database. Based on the application of SPK to the system, the final result of the system is the implementation of the ranking process based on the TOPSIS algorithm based on the preference value of each alternative. Alternatives that get the highest preference value recommends proposals and LPJs that are eligible to receive approval.Keywords: Decision Support System; TOPSIS Method; Proposals; Assessment AbstrakDi lingkungan IKOPIN University, penyelenggaraan kegiatan kemahasiswaan diawali dengan pengajuan proposal untuk mendapatkan persetujuan. Diakhir penyelenggaraan kegiatan, organisasi kemahasiswaan harus menyerahkan LPJ sebagai bentuk akuntabilitas pelaporan kegiatan. Metode penilaian proposal dan LPJ dilakukan oleh Bagian Kemahasiswaan Ikopin University saat ini masih diselenggarakan, dimonitor, dan dievaluasi secara manual serta belum tersistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu mengambil keputusan untuk melakukan penilaian proposal dan LPJ dari kegiatan organisasi kemahasiswaan yang ada di lingkungan IKOPIN University. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat diterapkan untuk membentuk sistem evaluasi dan monitoring rencana kegiatan adalah dengan menerapkan sistem pengambilan keputusan melalui pendekatan metode TOPSIS. Sistem ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP sebagai server side dan SQL sebagai database. Berdasarkan dari penerapan SPK pada sistem, maka hasil akhir dari sistem adalah terimplementasinya proses perangkingan berdasarkan algoritma TOPSIS dengan didasarkan pada nilai preferensi setiap alternatif. Alternatif yang mendapatkan nilai preferensi tertinggi merekomendasikan proposal dan LPJ yang layak untuk menerima persetujuan. ]]>
