Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of wages and facilities on credit marketing productivity at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. in Mimika Regency. The research method used in this research is the associative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, questionnaires/questionnaires, documentation, and literature studies. The analytical instrument used is the Chi Square K sample analysis. The results showed that there was an influence of facilities on credit marketing productivity at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. in Mimika Regency while wages have no effect on credit marketing productivity of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. in Mimika Regency.

Abstract

Purchasing is the stage in the purchasing decision-making process where a consumer actually buys a product. Purchasing decisions are basically a process for consumers to determine the product or service to be purchased. The decision to purchase a product is not only influenced by product quality, but also influenced by the product's halal labeling. The purpose of this article is to analyze by reference the effect of labeling and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions. The research method is in the form of literature study by reviewing various related studies recorded in Mendeley's references and Google Schoolars. All ideas from each study provide information about the methodologically desirable theory of the study being analyzed. The results of this study were analyzed and used as material for discussion to determine the answers to the problems. The results explain that there is a positive significant influence on the halal labeling of products on consumer purchasing decisions, and there is a significant influence on product quality on purchasing decisions made by consumers on goods or services. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on consumer satisfaction at mulo coffee shops, the influence of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions at mulo coffee shops and the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions at mulo coffee shops through consumer satisfaction. The population in this study were mulo coffee shop consumers with a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling using random sampling technique. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Path analysis technique. The results showed that the marketing mix (product, promotion, price and place) had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the mulo coffee shop, namely the price variable with a value of tcount (3.033) ? ttable (1.985). The marketing mix (product, promotion, price and place) that has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Mulo coffee shop is the price variable with a tcount of (3.093) ? ttable (1.986). None of the four marketing mixes has a significant influence on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction at the mulo coffee shop.

Abstract

Eskalasi pembangunan di bebeberapa perusahaan di Indonesia menyebabkan banyak kontraktor saling berlomba dalam mengadakan dan menyelesaikan sebuah peroyek. Mengacu pada efektifitas, efisiensi, kecepatan, mutu, dan juga biaya. Para pelaku kegiatan usaha ini sangat bersaing dalam beberapa hal tersebut. Akan tetapi masih terdapat banyak kontraktor yang mengesampingkan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dibeberapa proyek konstruksi. Kegiatan penyegaran keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja dalam bentuk Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) secara khusus para karyawan dilingkungan kerja perusahaan PT. Kuala Pelabuhan Indonesia ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyegaran kembali tentang implementasi pelaksanaan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada proyek armada transportasi alat berat heavy equipment. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat kususnya kepada karyawan PT. KPI berupa loka karya K3 atau semacam refresher dan penyegaran kembali berupa ceramah dan praktek melakukan inspeksi dilingkungan perusahaan dengan kegiatan inspeksi dan observasi kondisi-kondisi tidak aman di bengkel-bengkel dengan melihat dan mencatat setiap temuan berupa situasi yang tidak aman maupun upaya perbaikan yang telah diminimalisasi resikonya, catatan- catatan ini akan menjadi bahan diskusi di dalam kelas. Topik kegaiatan ini mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi No. Per.01/Men/1980. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan para karyawan dapat mengimplementasikan Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi No. Per.01/Men/1980. Secara khusus tentang tempat kerja dan alat-alat kerja, dapat beroperasi dengan aman dan nyaman. Sehingga tingkat kecelakaan kerja dapat diminimalisasi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the determining factors in people's decisions to invest in precious metals at PT Pegadaian. The research method used is descriptive research method. In this research, the data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. To find out the determining factors in people's decisions to invest in precious metals at PT Pegadaian in Timika City, the data analysis instrument used is confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The results of this research show that of the four factors confirmed as determining factors in people's decisions to invest in precious metals at PT Pegadaian in the city of Timika and the dominant factor is psychological factors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand equity on purchasing decisions for the Daihatsu Ayla city car in the low cost green car (LCGC) category in Mimika Regency. The method used is the associative method, namely the method used to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were consumers or users of the Daihatsu Ayla city car in the low cost green car (LCGC) category with a sample of 60 respondents. Sampling used a simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques use interview techniques, questionnaires and literature studies. To test the data in this research using validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study show that brand awareness (X1), brand association (X2), and perceived quality (X3) have a significant effect on the decision to purchase the Daihatsu Ayla city car in the low cost green car (LCGC) category, while brand loyalty (X4) has no effect.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using village funds in preventing stunting in Nawaripi Village, Wania District, Mimika Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive research method. The population in this study was pregnant women and children with a sample of 151 respondents. The sample used was a sample of respondents using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is a correlative descriptive statistical analysis technique in the form of a mean test (average), using the effectiveness formula. The research results show that the use of Village Funds to overcome stunting in Nawaripi Village is quite effective.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah di Kampung Ayuka, Kabupaten Mimika, masih disebabkan oleh rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam memilah dan mendaur ulang sampah. Program PKM ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan sejak dini melalui Papan Edukasi Umur Sampah Terurai di SD Negeri Ayuka. Dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif, kegiatan melibatkan mahasiswa, guru, dan siswa dalam pembuatan serta pemasangan media berisi informasi waktu terurai berbagai jenis sampah. Hasilnya, siswa lebih memahami dampak sampah terhadap lingkungan dan menunjukkan peningkatan kepedulian dalam pengelolaan sampah. Program ini berhasil menciptakan media edukatif yang menarik serta mendorong budaya peduli lingkungan yang dapat direplikasi di sekolah lain.
