Abstract

In this digital era, of course there have been many technological developments that are increasingly rapidly affecting the business market, so companies are required to keep up with times. E-commerce has several advantages including transactions do not need to be face-to-face, save time, make transactions easier, and more efficient. Behind these advantages, e-commerce has disadvantages, namely that it can expose consumers to fraud, personal data can be leaked, the system can experience errors and so on. The author made this research to analyze what risks can occur on e-commerce websites using the description analysis method and the purpose of this writing is so that the public can find out the risks that can occur at Shopee, so as to minimize losses that occur to both consumers. Due to uncertainty, every individual or organization's actions must contain risks. There may be a risk that there may be a lot of lack of information about things that will happen in the future, both profitable and detrimental. With the problem of possible risks for Shopee consumers, the Sampling Technique uses Voluntary Sampling, which is one of the main types of sampling methods. non-probability sample. The voluntary sample consists of people who self-opted into the survey. With a total of 315 respondents, it can be concluded that the results of the respondents indicate that transactions can be trusted. feel confident in sharing personal information, responsive in resolving user complaints, so that Shopee is proven to optimize security, service and problem solving for its consumers.

Abstract

Pada era digital saat ini, prediksi harga smartphone menjadi penting bagi produsen, konsumen, dan pengambil keputusan di industri teknologi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model prediksi harga smartphone Android berdasarkan fitur-fitur yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan bahasa pemrograman Python. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari 90 smartphone Android yang dijual secara online. Beberapa variabel, seperti tinggi, berat, ukuran, kapasitas baterai, ram, dan penyimpanan digunakan sebagai variabel independen, dan harga smartphone digunakan sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model regresi linier berganda dapat digunakan dalam memprediksi harga smartphone. Pembacaan model menggunakan koefisien regresi, intercept, mean absolute error,mean squared error,root mean squared error, dan nilai p untuk menilai tingkat kepentingan dan kualitas model. Perhitungan teknik regresi linear berganda untuk memprediksi harga smartphone menghasilkan mae senilai 46, mse senilai 3891, dan rmse senilai 62. Model ini dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi harga smartphone berdasarkan spesifikasi tertentu. Sebagai contoh, sebuah model dengan tinggi 165mm, berat 201g, layar 6,5 inci, baterai 4000mah, spesifikasi ram 8GB, dan penyimpanan 64GB diperkirakan akan dibanderol dengan harga $157 atau sekitar Rp2.355.000. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi pada analisis data smartphone dan prediksi harga. Produsen, penjual, dan konsumen dapat menggunakan hasil penelitian ini untuk menginformasikan harga, pemasaran, dan keputusan pembelian smartphone mereka. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat menstimulasi penelitian dan pengembangan lebih lanjut di bidang analisis data dan peramalan harga.

Abstract

Inventory of goods is an important component in company operations, especially for companies that sell finished goods such as furniture and household electronics. The aim of this research project is to create a goods management website using the Perpetual method at the Sidarta Furniture Store. Previously, this shop used manual recording through physical bookkeeping which was considered inefficient, prone to errors, and could hinder sales. To optimize inventory management, an in-tegrated system is needed. This system development uses the waterfall method, which consists of five stages, namely needs analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. During the requirements analysis step, functional and non-functional system requirements are defined. System design involves developing use case diagrams, database design, and user interface design. The system is implemented using PHP as a programming language, CodeIgniter as a framework, and MySQL for database management. The black box testing method is used to carry out the system testing process, which ensures that all functionality operates according to predetermined speci-fications. The results of the tests carried out show that all system functionality functions in ac-cordance with the designed specifications. System maintenance, which is the final stage of the development cycle, is carried out periodically for the long-term sustainability of system opera-tions. This developed system allows the Sidarta Furniture Store to manage inventory data more efficiently and effectively by utilizing the perpetual method. This system is equipped with various features, including an inventory data management interface, supplier data management interface, purchase transaction recording interface, sales transaction recording interface, and the ability to produce comprehensive inventory recapitulation reports. Implementation of this system facili-tates the process of managing and updating inventory data more efficiently and accurately.
