Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe the management of new student admissions in increasing community enthusiasm in sending their children to early childhood education institutions. The research method is qualitative through a case study approach. Data collection techniques: interviews with 1 administrator, 2 teachers and 2 parents; documentation and observation. Data processing techniques: reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques: triangulation of sources and techniques. Research results: (1) planning: formation of committee, objects/targets and collecting registration forms. (2) organizing: the committee is the person in charge, chief executive and secretary. (3) implementation: fill out the form and submit the files. (4). Evaluation: reviewing student numbers and assessing program performance.
