Abstract

Abstrak: Bimbingan teknis (Bimtek) pada Kantor Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat DaerahKabupaten Sintang dilaksanakan sebagai proses belajar dalam rangka peningkatan kemampuansumber daya manusia ASN yang profesional dan berkualitas untuk melaksanakan tugastugasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjawab permasalahan yang diteliti serta menganalisis,untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan tentang Pengembangan Aparatur Sipil Negara MelaluiBimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) Pada Kantor Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat DaerahKabupaten Sintang. Penelitian ini jenisnya penelitian deskriptif, yakni penelitian yangdimaksudkan untuk membuat gambaran atau mengambarkan keadaan ataupun kejadian.Terutama yang berkenaan dengan Pengembangan Aparatur Sipil Negara melalui BimbinganTeknis (Bimtek) Pada Kantor Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Sintang.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) itu meliputi BimtekTentang Legal Drafting pada Sekretariat DPRD di Jakarta. Bimtek tentang penguatan jabatan,kinerja dan optimalisasi peran Setwan selaras dengan system kerja DPRD dalam menghadapiTahun Politik 2024. Bimtek tentang fasilitasi penyusunan properda, penilaian mandiripelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi di Jakarta. Workshop nasional Asdeksi di Bandung Jawa Barat.Workshop Nasional Asdeksi di Yogyakarta. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out how the Sustainable Development Goals policy is implemented in improving community welfare in Riam Kijang Village, Sungai Tebelian District, Sintang Regency. Using qualitative methods, which is research where the discovery process does not use statistical processes. The research results show that the implementation of the sustainable development goals policy in improving community welfare has been implemented in accordance with the circular letter from the Ministry of Villages regarding the implementation of the SDGs Program. Even though the sustainability of the SDGs program has not been implemented in its entirety, the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals policy has not yet been felt by the people of Riam Kijang Village, but its implementation has been carried out quite well. The implementation of the SDGs program to improve welfare in Riam Village is: Data collection program, Village Data Collection, the process of extracting, collecting, recording, verifying and validating Village SDGs data, which contains objective data on the Village's territory and citizenship in the form of assets and potential Village assets that can be utilized for achieving Village Development goals. Abstract

Abstract: This study is about voter participation in the 2024 Sintang Regent and Deputy Regent election. Voter participation in a democratic country is an important aspect for the implementation of the highest legitimate state power by the people (people's sovereignty), which is manifested in their involvement in the democratic party. The purpose of this study is to determine Voter Participation in the 2024 Sintang Regent and Deputy Regent Election. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a literacy study. Researchers collect relevant information from various sources such as books, journals, news portals and social media. The information is then quoted, analyzed and summarized to become a complete research result. The results of the study show voter participation in the election of the Regent and Deputy Regent of Sintang Regency in 2024, the number of voters in the Permanent Voter List (DPT) is 320,813 voters and the number of voters is 256,767 voters. Abstract

Abstract: Political participation is a constitutional right of every citizen, including persons with disabilities. In Sintang Regency, West Kalimantan, accessibility challenges for voters with disabilities remain significant, particularly in voter education and public awareness. This study aims to analyze the extent to which education and public awareness can improve accessibility for voters with disabilities in regional elections (Pilkada). This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. The research location was Sintang Regency, which has already held regional elections. Data collection techniques included: in-depth interviews with persons with disabilities, election organizers, and disability organizations; observation of election simulations for persons with disabilities; and documentation study of policies and election participation reports from the Sintang General Elections Commission (KPU). Data analysis was conducted using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results indicate that limited information, lack of involvement of disability groups, and social stigma are the main obstacles. The implementation of adaptive voter education and public awareness campaigns can increase the participation and empowerment of voters with disabilities. This study suggests the need for an integrated strategy among stakeholders to achieve inclusive and equal elections in Sintang Regency. Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses the implementation of the Sintang Regent’s Circular Letter policy on the termination of single-use plastic usage and its replacement with environmentally friendly containers. This policy was issued as an effort by the local government to reduce the negative impacts of plastic waste on the environment and public health. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the policy to discontinue the use of single-use plastics in Sintang Regency has been carried out, but has not yet been optimal. This is due to a lack of socialization, low public awareness, and limitations in supervision and sanctions. On the other hand, supporting factors include the commitment of the local government and the increasing environmental awareness among some members of the community. It is recommended that the local government enhance continuous socialization efforts, strengthen supervision, and provide incentives to business actors who use environmentally friendly containers in order to support the successful implementation of the policy. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of digital transformation at LPP RRI Sintang in terms of the aspects of transmission, clarity, and consistency based on George C. Edwards III's policy implementation theory. This study employed a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis was conducted using an interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of digital transformation at LPP RRI Sintang has been carried out fairly well. In terms of the transmission aspect, information regarding the digital transformation policy has been communicated through coordination meetings, briefings, socialization activities, and internal communication media, although the dissemination of information has not yet reached all employees evenly. Regarding the clarity aspect, the objectives, procedures, and implementation mechanisms of digital transformation have been clearly communicated through socialization programs and technical assistance. However, some employees still require further explanation regarding updates to the digital system. Meanwhile, in terms of the consistency aspect, the management has continuously conducted monitoring, evaluation, and provided regular guidance to ensure that the implementation of digital transformation remains aligned with organizational policies, although differences in employees' levels of compliance and adaptation to technological changes are still evident.
