Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of free acupuncture treatment as a form of community service carried out through collaboration between the Student Executive Board (DEMA) of the Islamic Economics College (STIES) and the Islamic Business Management Study Program in Trayeman Village. This free treatment is held to provide alternative health services to the underprivileged community, while introducing acupuncture as a non-medical treatment therapy that can help overcome various health complaints. The method used in this activity is direct treatment in the field by involving students and lecturers as medical personnel and companions. The results of the implementation of this treatment show an increase in public awareness of alternative medicine, as well as active community participation in the activity. The collaboration between DEMA STIES and the Islamic Business Management Study Program has also been proven to have a positive impact in terms of managing structured and well-coordinated community service activities. This activity is expected to be a model of community service that can be implemented more widely in various regions.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, khususnya media sosial, telah mengubah cara konsumen mencari informasi dan membuat keputusan pembelian. Pemasaran melalui media sosial dan promosi dari mulut ke mulut merupakan dua aspek penting yang memengaruhi perilaku konsumen, terutama di kalangan generasi muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pemasaran Media Sosial dan Promosi dari Mulut ke Mulut terhadap keputusan pembelian di Heira House Tegal, sebuah kafe yang baru berdiri dan berupaya memanfaatkan kedua strategi pemasaran tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei, yang memungkinkan pengumpulan data dari 100 responden pengguna aktif media sosial yang merupakan pelanggan Heira House Tegal. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan perangkat lunak Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Pemasaran Media Sosial dan Promosi dari Mulut ke Mulut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan nilai signifikansi di bawah 0,000. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel ini secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,855, yang berarti 85,5% variasi dalam keputusan pembelian disebabkan oleh kedua variabel independen tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya media sosial dan rekomendasi konsumen dalam membentuk preferensi pelanggan, terutama di industri kafe.

Abstract

Pesantren cooperatives serve as a crucial instrument in enhancing the income and economic independence of students (santri). This study aims to analyze the role of cooperatives in supporting the economic development of santri at Pondok Pesantren Imam Syafi'i Brebes. Using a qualitative case study approach, this research explores how pesantren cooperatives provide access to capital, entrepreneurship training, and market opportunities for santri. The findings indicate that pesantren cooperatives contribute to improving santri’s business management skills, expanding marketing networks, and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset. Additionally, cooperatives accelerate the process of economic independence by enabling santri to actively participate in productive economic activities. However, challenges such as a lack of business management knowledge and limited capital remain significant obstacles. Therefore, capacity-building strategies through training and policy support from the government and related institutions are essential to ensure the sustainability of pesantren cooperatives as a pillar of the Sharia-based economy Keywords: Economic independence, Entrepreneurship, Islamic economy, Pesantren cooperative, Santri.

operational sustainability. This study aims to evaluate the financial and operational performance of business enterprises at Imam Syafi'i Islamic Boarding School, Brebes, Central Java. A qualitative research method with a case study approach was employed. Data collection techniques included observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis of financial and operational records. The findings indicate that the boarding school has managed various Sharia-based businesses, such as agriculture, livestock, and small-scale enterprises. Despite increased revenue from these businesses, challenges remain, including a lack of transparency in financial recording and limited human resources in business management. This study recommends improving Sharia-based financial recording systems, strengthening the capacity of business managers, and diversifying enterprises to enhance the economic sustainability of the boarding school.
