Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of local governments in providing public services using descriptive qualitative research methods. Descriptive qualitative allows informants to give their statements through structured interviews. The research domain is explored based on three theoretical dimensions, namely: trust, responsiveness, and government performance in public service delivery. These findings indicate that local government performance evaluations have a positive and significant assessment of the ability to provide efficient public services.
