Abstract

AbstrakKinerja PT ABC, sebagai salah satu kontributor produsen gas terbesar di Indonesia, memainkan peran strategis dalam meningkatkan ketahanan energi negara. Pengadaan Vessel atau kapal adalah bagian penting dari rantai pasokan yang membantu operasi bisnis di blok ekstraksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk mengevaluasi kriteria yang digunakan untuk memilih kontraktor utama kapal dalam rangka keberlanjutan rantai pasokan PT ABC menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Konsensus mengenai kriteria kontraktor kapal dicapai oleh dua spesialis pengadaan perusahaan. Price, performance history, technical capability, financial position, procedural compliance, ship quality, labor relations records, warranties and claim policy, dan communication system adalah kriteria terbesar berturut-turut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa PT LS adalah kontraktor yang paling sesuai dengan urutan kriteria, diikuti oleh PT DBS dan PT SWP.Kata kunci: Analytical Hirarchy Process, SuperDecision, Pemilihan Supplier, Kriteria Pengadaan VesselAbstractThe performance of PT ABC, as one of the largest contributing gas producers in Indonesia, plays a strategic role in improving the country's energy security. Vessel procurement is an important part of the supply chain that assists business operations in extraction blocks. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the criteria used to select the main contractor of the vessel (ship) in order to sustain the supply chain of PT ABC using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Consensus on the ship contractor criteria was reached by two company procurement specialists. Price, Performance History, technical capability, financial position, procedural compliance, ship quality, labor relations records, warranties and claims policy, and communication system were the largest criteria respectively. The analysis showed that PT LS was the most suitable contractor in order of criteria, followed by PT DBS and PT SWP.Keywords: Analytical Hirarchy Process, SuperDecision, Suppplier Selection, Vessel Procurement Criteria
