Abstract

AbstrakAccording to Government Regulation No. 142/2015 on industrial estates, Minister of Finance Regulation No. 215/PMK.07/2021 on Tobacco Excise Revenue Sharing Funds. There are areas in Central Java that can be included as alternative candidate locations for the Tobacco Products Industrial Estate, but none of these areas have been selected as the Tobacco Products Industrial Estate. This research is to determine the prospective location of the Tobacco Products Industrial Estate. The calculation method uses Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to compare alternatives against each criterion. The analysis process is carried out with an objective approach in order to provide recommendations. The criteria used are aspects of raw materials, production aspects, and sales aspects. As for the alternatives, namely Jepara Regency, Kebumen Regency, Magelang Regency, Purworejo Regency and Wonosobo Regency. The results of the calculation of criteria priorities are the raw material aspect has a priority value of 0.105, the production aspect is 0.637, and the sales aspect is 0.258. While the resulting alternative rating is Jepara Regency 0.309, Kebumen Regency 0.314, Magelang Regency 0.071, Purworejo Regency 0.162, Wonosobo Regency 0.145. Based on the results of data processing and analysis. Abstract

AbstrakAir merupakan sumber daya alam yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh semua makhluk hidup. Manusia, hewan, dan tumbuhan memerlukan air untuk kelangsungan kehidupannya. Beda dengan binatang dan tumbuhan, manusia membutuhkan air yang bersih untuk keberlangsungan hidupnya. Menjadi sebuah tantangan tersendiri bagi PDAM seluruh Indonesia untuk terus mencukupi jumlah permintaan ketersediaan air bersih, tak terkecuali PDAM Kabupaten Cirebon khususnya Cabang Gegesik. Prediksi yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Time Series. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa metode time series terbaik dengan nilai eror terkecil adalah Holt’s Winters Method dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 0,9%. Dengan nilai MAPE dibawah 10, maka metode Holt’s Winter untuk prediksi jumlah kebutuhan air termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil peramalan yang didapatkan berdasarkan output Holt’s Winters Method selama 12 periode kedepan adalah Januari sebesar 21965, Februari sebesar 24126, Maret sebesar 24078, April sebesar 29573, Mei sebesar 29513, Juni sebesar 28264, Juli sebesar 26803, Agustus sebesar 29259, September sebesar 26282, Oktober sebesar 23166, November sebesar 24426, dan Desember sebesar 20640..Kata kunci: Air, Time Series, Forecasting, PDAM Tirta Jati, Mean Percentage Absolute ErrorAbstract[Forecasting of Clean Water Usage Volume Using the Time Series Method (Case Study: PDAM Tirta Jati, Gegesik Branch, Cirebon Regency)] Water is a vital natural resource required by all living organisms. Humans, animals, and plants depend on water for their survival. Unlike animals and plants, humans necessitate clean water for their continued existence. Ensuring the adequate supply of clean water is a significant challenge faced by PDAMs (Regional Drinking Water Companies) across Indonesia, including the PDAM of Cirebon Regency, specifically the Gegesik Branch. This study employs the Time Series method to predict water usage volume. The results indicate that the Holt-Winters Method is the most accurate, with the smallest error margin, evidenced by a MAPE value of 0.9%. A MAPE value below 10 classifies the Holt Winters method as highly effective for predicting water demand. The forecasted water usage for the next 12 periods based on the Holt-Winters Method is as follows: January at 21,965, February at 24,126, March at 24,078, April at 29,573, May at 29,513, June at 28,264, July at 26,803, August at 29,259, September at 26,282, October at 23,166, November at 24,426, and December at 20,640.Keywords: Water, Time Series, Forecasting, PDAM Tirta Jati, Mean Percentage Absolute Error

Abstract

AbstrakKerja praktik ini dilaksanakan di CV Chandradimuka Makmur Perkasa, sebuah perusahaan pertambangan mineral non logam yang berlokasi di Banjarnegara, Jawa Tengah. Pencatatan keuangan perusahaan sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan, keterlambatan analisis, dan hambatan dalam pengambilan keputusan manajerial. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancang sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis Visual Basic for Application (VBA) Macro Excel dengan pendekatan metode Waterfall. Sistem ini dikembangkan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem menggunakan DFD dan ERD, implementasi kode VBA, serta verifikasi dengan data transaksi aktual perusahaan. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengotomatisasi pencatatan transaksi, menghasilkan laporan keuangan sesuai siklus akuntansi (jurnal umum, buku besar, neraca lajur, laporan laba rugi, perubahan modal, dan neraca), serta meminimalkan risiko kesalahan pencatatan. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi akuntansi yang dirancang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan keandalan proses pencatatan keuangan perusahaan, sekaligus mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat dan tepat.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, VBA Macro Excel, Metode Waterfall, Otomatisasi Pencatatan KeuanganAbstractThis internship was carried out at CV Chandradimuka Makmur Perkasa, a non-metallic mineral mining company located in Banjarnegara, Central Java. Previously, the company's financial records were kept manually, which had the potential to cause errors, delays in analysis, and obstacles in managerial decision-making. To overcome these problems, an accounting information system based on Visual Basic for Application (VBA) Macro Excel was Designed using the Waterfall method. This system was developed through the stages of needs analysis, system Design using DFD and ERD, VBA code Implementation, and Verification with the company's actual transaction data. The results of the development show that the system is capable of automating transaction recording, generating financial reports in accordance with the accounting cycle (general journal, ledger, trial balance, income statement, changes in capital, and balance sheet), and minimizing the risk of recording errors. Thus, the Designed accounting information system can improve the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of the company's financial recording process, while supporting faster and more accurate decision making.Keywords: Accounting Information System, Excel VBA Macro, Waterfall Method, Financial Recording Automation
