Abstract

The facilities and infrastructure in schools are the most important part that must be maintained. The quality of a school can also be seen in terms of the completeness of the infrastructure it has, because the existing infrastructure will really support the learning process, academic and non-academic. Abstract

Extracurricular activities are activities carried out outside class hours which must be well developed by a madrasah, so that students' interests, talents and potential can be developed more optimally. In its implementation, management functions are needed, namely planning, implementation and evaluation so that extracurricular activities run effectively. Extracurricular activities are a forum for students who have talents or students who want to improve their talents. Extracurricular activities can help develop self-potential in student achievement. With extracurricular management, it will produce achievements in non-academic fields. Mtsn 5 Hulu Sungai Utara is one of the madrasas that has produced many students with non-academic achievements through extracurricular activities.

Abstract

National education management in Indonesia as a whole still tends to be centralized so that the development of democratization and decentralization of education is not encouraging. Education management problems basically involve efficiency in the use of existing resources. National education management is a strategy that needs to be reorganized to overcome the negative effects of globalization. This management revitalization will also direct globalization in a positive direction for the development of national civilization. So far, the centralized management system of education has proven not to bring significant progress to improving the quality of education in general. In fact, in certain cases, centralized management has hampered the creativity of educational units at various types and levels.

Abstract

It started with the Covid-19 virus which invaded the entire world and limited all our activities, one of which was in the field of education, which required the education system to adapt to the current situation. The solution is online learning. This research aims to describe the management of the application of digital technology to online learning, the use of applications that can support online learning systems, funding issues in learning practices, procurement of equipment to carry out online learning, students' abilities in implementing online learning and subjects that are suitable for learning methods. online. The research was conducted using a descriptive and comparative quantitative approach, with a sample of 150 people (census sample). The research was conducted on students in grades 8 and 9 of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Anwarul Hasaniyyah.

Abstract

Active learning is a form of learning that allows interactions between teachers and students to develop optimally. The aim of this research is to determine differences in student learning outcomes, determine teachers' abilities in managing learning, and determine student responses to active learning. This research uses a data collection design and questionnaire in the form of frequency distribution in an effort to implement active learning. This research focused on classes IV, V and class VI, totaling 50 people at MI Tahfidz Anwaha. The research results show that there are significant differences with previous student learning outcomes. The application of active learning strategies, interactive methods, and creative media varies according to the teacher's ability to create media, the teacher's ability to manage learning well, and positive student responses.
