Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is one indicator to see the success of maternal health efforts. MMR is the ratio of maternal deaths during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum which are caused by pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum or their management but not due to other causes such as accidents or incidents in every 100,000 live births. As an effort to reduce MMR, in 2012 the Ministry of Health launched the Expanding Maternal and Neonatal Survival (gold) program in order to reduce maternal and neonatal mortality rates by 25%. This program was implemented in the provinces. The aim of this research is to provide comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs. N in PMB M Central Lampung Lampung Province. The method used in comprehensive care is a descriptive research method and the type of descriptive research used is (Case Study). PMB M Central Lampung. Implementation time is March 1 2022 to March 23 2022. The subjects used in this research were pregnant women whose gestational age was 40 weeks 2 days. The sampling technique or research subject is purposive sampling, interviews and documentation studies in the form of SOAP format.Results: During pregnancy, Mrs. Mrs. N was carried out using the 10 T Antenatal Care (ANC) approach. The first stage of labor for Mrs. 2 hours after post partum. Mrs. Mrs. N chose to use injectable contraception 3 months after 6 months of breastfeeding. Conclusion After the author carried out midwifery management care using a comprehensive approach and thorough documentation for Mrs. N from pregnancy, delivery, postpartum, and BBL.Keywords : Nursing, Midwifery, Comprehensive
