Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how the SWOT analysis of the storefront service business in the Harapan Jaya Group in IV Nagari District, Sijunjung Regency and to find out and analyze the business development strategy analysis for storefront services in a sharia perspective in the hopefully jaya group store in IV Nagari District, District Sijjung. Based on the results of research conducted using SWOT analysis, the strategy used is the S-O (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy with a score of 4.35, using opportunities to minimize existing opportunities, namely: maintaining product quality and adjusting product quality to market demands so that customers have more confidence and loyal to the products provided by the May Jaya Group store, and always prioritizes the wishes of customers so that customers are satisfied with what the May Jaya Group store provides. The business development strategies implemented by the Selamat Jaya Group store are: innovating, choosing the right location, improving product quality, and prioritizing customer service. Of these strategies, there is a strategy that has the most influence on the May Jaya Group Store, namely the strategy to improve product quality. From the business development strategy carried out by the Harapan Jaya Group, there are obstacles in running its business, namely: Promoting a product and a lack of human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether accessibility and information affect the interest of tourists visiting the tourist attraction Puncak Taruko Koto Gadang, District IV Koto, Agam Regency, West Sumatra. The type of research used is the type of quantitative research (quantitative methods). Data collection techniques are carried out using questionnaires. The population in this study is all tourists who have visited the Taruko Peak tourist attraction by sampling using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling techniques with a sample of 100 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it shows that accessibility variables have a significant effect on tourist interest with a calculated t value > t table (2.742 > 1.985) and a significant value of 0.004 < 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.075. Furthermore, information also has a significant effect on tourist interest, with a calculated t value greater than the table t (3.365 > 1.985) and a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.305. Accessibility and information have a significant effect on tourist interest in visiting Taruko Peak attractions based on the F test with f-count > f-table (6,260 > 3.10). The contribution of accessibility and information variables to tourist interest of 0.413 or 41.3% is in the medium category.

Abstract

Inequality between regions is closely related to economic development problems. Where differences in economic capacity between regions and uneven investment realization are the drivers of inequality between regions. This study aims to analyze disparities in economic development and their relationship with investment in West Sumatra Province in 2017-2021. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques carried out by means of documentation and the data used is secondary data originating from the BPS of West Sumatra Province and the National Single Window for Investment (NSWI). The results of the Williamson Index show that development inequality in West Sumatra Province in 2017-2021 with an average of 0.280 is classified as low inequality but during this period has increased regularly and consistently. Based on the results of the Pearson correlation test, the relationship between disparity and investment, which is divided into Domestic investment and Foreign Investment, has a very strong relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.817 with Domestic investment and -0.915 with Foreign Investment.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the emergence of various smartphone brands, therefore companies must be able to compete with other well-known products. This research was conducted to determine whether there is an effect of price and product quality on Vivo smartphone consumer satisfaction. This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence price has on customer satisfaction, how much influence product quality has on customer satisfaction, and how much influence price and product quality have on customer satisfaction. The type of research method used is the quantitative research method. With data collection techniques in the form of distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used was instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research test was carried out using the SPSS 16 application which showed that first price had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, which was indicated by a significantly smaller value than the alpha value (0.000 <0.05). So the first hypothesis is accepted. Second, product quality has no effect on consumer satisfaction, which is indicated by a significantly greater value than the alpha value (0.104 > 0.05). So the second hypothesis is rejected. In the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) a value of 0.737 is obtained, which means that the independent variables, namely price and product quality, have an effect on consumer purchase satisfaction of 73.7% while the remaining 26.3% are influenced by other variables not included in this study. This research is expected to help Vivo to pay attention to the price and quality of its products, and it is hoped that it can become a reference in the UIN SMDD Bukittinggi library.

Abstract

This research was raised because for more than five years, broiler farms, or broiler chickens, were located in Sangir District, South Solok Regency. Because livestock provide a source of animal protein to the community, the livestock sector provides great business opportunities. The purpose of this study was to find and analyze the internal and external factors faced by farmers in Sangir District, South Solok Regency, and create alternative strategies for building a livestock business. The IFE, EFE, IE, and SWOT matrices are the analytical tools used. The results of the analysis of internal and external environmental strengths and opportunities show that implementing standard operating procedures (SOP) is a way to achieve the expected targets and avoid environmental impacts, maintain and increase the number of customers, plan locations for timely delivery of goods, improve stable management, and ensure goods are available at all times. In addition, giving farmers control to improve meat quality so they can compete for market share and improving livestock management systems is a combination of the weaknesses and opportunities of this strategy.
