Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand conflict management from an Islamic perspective. This research method is to use a literature review. The results of this research are that the occurrence of conflict in life is something that is natural and usually occurs. Conflict arises because of differences and contradictions in human behavior. Conflict must be managed well so that it becomes a force for the better. If conflict is left untreated and not managed with good conflict management, it will have bad and negative consequences. Islam is a religion that always provides solutions to all problems, including conflict management. One of the arguments for conflict management in Islam is contained in the letter Annisa' verse 35, which explains that conflicts must be resolved and solutions must be found.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of Post Modern philosophy on education. This research method uses literature review by examining various relevant literature sources. The development of science cannot be separated from the development of philosophy. Philosophy as the mother of science has given birth to various fields of scientific discipline. The development of philosophy started from classical philosophy to post-modern philosophy which was very sharp in criticizing previous phases of philosophy. The development of post-modern philosophy has penetrated and influenced the development of various areas of life, including education. Post-modern philosophy provides color to education through various elements, from the curriculum to learning methods and strategies.

Abstract

Adanya kompetisi SDM untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang layak maka dengan itu dibutuhkan SDM dengan kualitas yang tinggi dan berkompeten pada bidangnya. Untuk mendapatkan hal tersebut harus dicapai dari kegiatan sedini mungkin yang dapat dimulai dari bangku pendidikan dengan menerapkan Outcome Based Education (OBE) (pendidikan berbasis hasil/ luaran) pada lembaga pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep Outcome Based Education (OBE) pada lembaga pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kajian kepustakaan. Outcome Based Education (OBE) adalah sistem pendidikan yang menekankan pada apa yang dapat siswa lakukan dengan baik di akhir pengalaman belajar mereka. Konsep praktis OBE tertuang dalam bentuk desain instruksional, proses pembelajaran, dan perangkat asesmen. Dalam sistem pendidikan, setidaknya terdapat tiga hal yang menjadi perhatian yaitu input, proses, dan output. OBE merupakan model pembelajaran yang diinisiasi William G. Spady pada tahun 1990-an. Indonesia mengadopsi OBE pada tahun 2015 untuk level pendidikan tinggi. Ada empat tahap implementasi Outcome Based Education pada lembaga pendidikan, yaitu : menetapkan menerapkan Outcome Based Education (OBE) pada sekolah/ lembaga pendidikan, menyusun dan menetapkan Outcome Based Curikulum (OBC), merancang dan melaksanakan Outcome Based Learning and Teaching (OBLT) dan merancang dan melaksanakan Outcome Based Assessment (OBA)
