Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as one of the oldest educational institutions in Indonesia have an important role in introducing entrepreneurship to students. To grow and develop an entrepreneurial spirit and create entrepreneurs, of course we need certain parties, whether government or private or individuals. Entrepreneurial development through instilling an entrepreneurial attitude or mentality, namely with an attitude of independence, honesty, and discipline. And entrepreneurial development through skills. The role of the Darul Muslim Tulung Balak Islamic boarding school in creating an entrepreneurial spirit, namely Dare to take risks, is carried out by implementing business management consisting of planning, organizing, preparing personnel, directing, and supervising. Being innovative is carried out by forming an entrepreneurship program in the form of agricultural and fishery businesses. Being proactive is carried out by dividing tasks to each student, as well as giving punishment in the form of sanctions if students are not proactive in carrying out all their obligations. Pondok Pesantren Darul Muslim has carried out its function as an institution that provides entrepreneurship education which is carried out in two ways, namely: cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit and developing entrepreneurship through skills. In this case, the role of the Darul Muslim Islamic Boarding School is to provide teaching by providing material and theory in developing the soft skills of students and female students. And this learning is not only carried out in theory and material, but students or students and supervisors jointly apply the theory that has been obtained before in field practice.

Abstract

This research discusses gender equality implemented at the Nurul Qodiri Islamic Boarding School in Central Lampung and viewed from an Islamic perspective. In the background of this research, it is stated that gender is a cultural concept that is used to differentiate the roles, behavior, mentality and emotional characteristics of men and women that apply within society. Meanwhile, gender equality itself means equal opportunities for men and women to obtain their human rights as human beings and obtain appropriate roles in the nation and state. In Islamic studies, it is stated that there is no difference between men and women before God, but rather the level of faith and deeds of worship. Islam teaches its people to implement gender equality by mutual love and respect for fellow Muslim brothers. The purpose of this research is to study and investigate gender equality and how the concept of gender equality is implemented in the Nurul Qodiri Islamic Boarding School environment in Central Lampung. This research was conducted using a qualitative field approach method. The results of this research are that all male and female students at the Nurul Qodiri Islamic Boarding School in Central Lampung have received their respective rights as students and students, all existing activities can be participated in by all students, and all genders can also get the same positions and positions. in accordance with Islamic guidance and Islamic boarding school rules.

Abstract

Tahfidz curriculum management is one of the important things in education management, because without a good and appropriate curriculum, it will be difficult to achieve the goals and objectives of education that have been aspired by an educational institution. The purpose of the research was to know deeper about the implementation of curriculum management at Islamic Boarding School Bustanul Ulum Jayasakti Lampung Tengah. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with a case study. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained was then analyzed using the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings shows that, curriculum planning which begins with strategic planning, program planning, and learning activity planning; implementing of curriculum; curriculum implementation in learning activities includes the diniyah program and tahfidz program which are classified into three levels of basic classes, tahsin, and tahfidz; and evaluation of the curriculum with daily, weekly and monthly evaluations, with the aim of achieving better results in memorizing the Qur'an

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of conflict management in addressing bullying among students at Darul Ishlah Islamic Boarding School Simpang V using the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) framework, which includes five modes: Competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding, and accommodating. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection was conducted through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Research informants consisted of the pesantren leader, administrators, senior students, and junior students. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing with source, technique, and time triangulation. The results show that the Competing mode is implemented through strict rule enforcement and educational sanctions. The collaborating mode is applied through mediation and open dialogue that builds mutual awareness. The compromising mode is used to find middle-ground solutions, avoiding for minor conflicts to prevent escalation, and accommodating to maintain harmonious relationships. The flexible combination of all five modes proves effective in creating a safe and conducive pesantren environment. This study integrates modern conflict management theory (TKI) with Islamic values (islah, ukhuwah, musyawarah) in the pesantren context, and specifically examines the handling of bullying among students, which is still rarely discussed
