<![CDATA[Abstract The church should conduct pastoral counseling training for ministers, especially with regard to strategies to help congregants face conflict. The research aims to answer the church's challenge on how to train ministers of God to deal with congregational domestic violence conflicts through clinical pastoral education methods. The qualitative research is in the form of literature review, learning by doing theory and experience to answer the formulation of the problem. The results of the discussion explain that the steps that the church must take in training ministers of God are interviews, commitment, congregational visits and counseling guidance. The truth confrontation method and problem focused and emotion focused coping stress strategies are ways to help congregations deal with domestic violence conflicts. From the discussion, it is concluded that the church needs to take steps to produce the needs of competent counseling personnel, especially in helping congregations face conflicts. Abstrak Gereja sebaiknya melakukan pelatihan konseling pastoral bagi pelayan khususnya berkaitan dengan strategi untuk menolong jemaat menghadapi konflik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menjawab tantangan gereja bagaimana pelatihan pelayan Tuhan menghadapi konflik KDRT jemaat melalui metode pendidikan pastoral klinis. Adapun penelitian kualitatif berupa kajian pustaka, teori learning by doing dan experience untuk menjawab rumusan masalah tersebut. Hasil pembahasan menjelaskan bahwa langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan gereja dalam pelatihan pelayan Tuhan adalah wawancara, komitmen, kunjungan jemaat dan bimbingan konseling. Metode truth confrontation dan strategi problem focused dan emotion focused coping stress merupakan cara untuk membantu jemaat menghadapi konflik KDRT. Dari pembahasan maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa gereja perlu melakukan langkah-langkah untuk menghasilkan kebutuhan tenaga konseling yang kompeten, khususnya dalam menolong jemaat menghadapi konflik.]]>
