<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan agar dapat mengkaji mengenai keadilan restoratif khususnya dalam suatu kecelakaan lalu lintas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode penelitian empiris dengan pengumpulan data dengan studi dokumen pada instansi terkait berupa Kejaksaan Negeri Denpasar. Hasil studi menunjukan suatu penelitian bahwa keadilan restoratif merupakan prinsip penegakan hukum alternatif selain bentuk pidana sebagai penghukuman, namun pidana dalam aspek pemulihan dimana salah satunya diwujudkan dalam Peraturan Jaksa Agung No. 15 Tahun 2020 yang memberikan kewenangan kejaksaan agar dapat melakukan penghentian penuntutan dengan syarat-syarat tertentu. Selain mengenai keadilan restoratif, penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa salah satu kasus lakalantas yang terjadi di Denpasar dapat diselesaikan dengan pendekatan keadilan restoratif karena aspek-aspek keadilan bagi pelaku maupun korban, sehingga pelaksanaan penghentian penuntutan sesuai konsep keadilan restoratif telah diterapkan secara baik. Kata Kunci: Keadilan Restoratif, Kecelakaan, Kejaksaan, Lalu Lintas, Penghentian Penuntutan. Abstract This research aims to be able to examine restorative justice, especially in a traffic accident. This research was carried out using empirical research methods by collecting data with document studies at the relevant agency in the form of the Denpasar District Attorney. The results of the study show that restorative justice is an alternative principle of law enforcement besides the form of punishment as punishment, but punishment in the aspect of recovery, one of which is embodied in Attorney General Regulation No. 15 of 2020 which authorizes the prosecutor's office to terminate prosecution under certain conditions. In addition to restorative justice, this study also found that one of the traffic accidents that occurred in Denpasar could be resolved using a restorative justice approach because of the justice aspects for both perpetrators and victims, so that the implementation of the termination of prosecution according to the concept of restorative justice has been well implemented.
