<![CDATA[Growth and production of chili pepper on red-yellow podzolic soil which is acidic and contains little organic matter by applying dolomite lime can increase soil pH to neutral and applying empty palm oil bunch compost improves soil physical properties which are not good enough so that chili pepper can grow and develop well. The aim of the research was to examine the role of dolomitic lime and empty palm fruit bunch compost in increasing the growth and production of chili pepper on red-yellow podzolic soils. The experiment was carried out in a green house and took place in Pontianak City, West Kalimantan from August to October 2022. The experiment was arranged using a split plot design, the main plot was dolomite lime treatment with 3 levels (1, 2 and 3 tons ha-1) and subplots, namely empty palm fruit bunch compost with 3 levels (20, 25 and 30 tons ha-1), each treatment combination was repeated 3 times. The results showed that the application of dolomitic lime with empty palm fruit bunches compost played a role in influencing the growth and production of chili pepper on red-yellow podzolic soil. Dolomite lime applied at a dose of 3 tons ha-1 with various doses of empty palm fruit bunches compost showed the best treatment. Keywords: dolomitic lime, chili pepper, compost of empty palm oil bunches, red-yellow podzolic soils INTISARIPertumbuhan dan Produksi cabai rawit pada tanah podsolik merah kuning yang bersifat masam dan sedikit mengandung bahan organik dengan penggaplikasian kapur dolomit dapat meningkatkan pH tanah menjadi netral dan pemberian kompos tandan kosong kelapa sawit memperbaiki sifat fisik tanah yang kurang baik sehingga tanaman cabai dapat tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengkaji peran kapur dolomit dan kompos tandan kosong kelapa sawit dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi cabai rawit pada tanah podsolik merah kuning. Percobaan dilaksanakan di dalam green house dan bertempat di Kota Pontianak Kalimantan Barat dari bulan Agustus sampai Oktober 2022. Percobaan disusun menggunakan rancangan petak terbagi (splitplot), petak utama yaitu perlakuan kapur dolomit dengan 3 taraf (1, 2 dan 3 ton/ha) serta anak petak yaitu kompos tandan kosong kelapa sawit dengan 3 taraf (20, 25 dan 30 ton/ha), setiap kombinasi perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pemberian kapur dolomit dengan kompos tandan kosong kelapa sawit berperan dalam mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan produksi cabai rawit pada tanah podsolik merah kuning.
