Abstract

A strategy is needed to increase and expand the market by means of Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning (STP) as well as an analysis to determine the extent to which people are satisfied as consumers with excelso coffee products. The purpose of this research is to 1) find out how segmenting, targeting and positioning excelso coffee is. 2) analyze how segmenting, targeting and positioning affect customer satisfaction of excelso coffee. The sample used was 50 respondents, collecting data using a questionnaire. The Partial Least Square analysis technique is in the form of the WrapPLS 8.0 program which is used to analyze the Structural Equition Model (SEM). The results of this study indicate that segmenting, targeting and positioning have a significant effect on customer satisfaction Keywords : Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning,Kopi Excelso, consumer satisfaction INTISARISebuah strategi diperlukan untuk meningkatkan dan memperluas pasar dengan cara Segmenting, Targeting dan Positioning (STP) serta suatu analisa untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kepuasan masyarakat sebagai konsumen terhadap produk kopi excelso. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) mengetahui bagaimana segmenting, targeting dan positioning kopi exelso 2) menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh segmenting, targeting daan positioning terhadap kepuasan konsumen kopi excelso. Sampel yang di gunakan sebanyak 50 responden, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis Partial Least Square berupa program WrapPLS 8.0 yang dunakan untuk menganalisis Structural Equition Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa segmenting, targeting dan Positioning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kata Kunci : Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning, Kepuasan konsumen, Kopi Excelso
