ABSTRAKLimbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun (LB3) dapat menyebabkan dampak negatif bagi lingkungan dan manusia. PT Z merupakan salah satu perusahaan berfokus pada transmisi gas menggunakan sistem perpipaan. LB3 dihasilkan dari kegiatan operasional seperti perawatan pipa dan mesin-mesin yang digunakan di setiap area operasional. TPS LB3 yang ada di PT Z Regional Office 3 (RO3) merupakan muara dari penyimpanan LB3 dari seluruh area operasional lain di RO3 yang terdapat di salah satu metering station (MS), yaitu MS Duri 1. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dan memberikan saran untuk optimasi pengelolaan LB3 yang dilakukan di TPS LB3. Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan peraturan yang berlaku di Indonesia dengan bantuan sistem skoring Skala Guttman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase skor pengemasan, kegiatan penyimpanan, pemberian simbol dan label, dan kelengkapan sistem tanggap darurat di TPS LB3 di PT Z RO3 berturut-turut adalah 66,67%, 85,71%, 50%, dan 100% dengan rata-rata 75,56% atau tergolong “Baik” secara keseluruhan.Kata kunci: LB3, pengelolaan LB3, penyaluran gas, guttman, minyak dan gasABSTRACTHazardous and Toxic Waste (LB3 in Indonesian abbreviation) can have negative impacts on the environment and humans. TPS LB3 in PT Z Regional Office 3 (RO3) is the estuary of LB3 storage from all other operational areas in RO3 which is located at one of the metering stations (MS), namely MS Duri 1. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and provide suggestions to optimize the management of LB3 which is carried out at TPS LB3. Evaluation is carried out based on regulations in force in Indonesia with the help of the Guttman Scale scoring system. The results showed that the percentage scores for packaging, storage activities, symbolizing and labeling, and the completeness of the emergency response system at TPS LB3 at PT Z RO3 were 66.67%, 85.71%, 50%, and 100%, respectively, with an average 75.56% or classified as "Good" overall.Keywords: LB3, Hazardous and Toxic Waste Management, Gas Transmission, Guttman, Oil and Gas
