Abstract

The Muslim Student Gathering Forum (FORSIM) as an Islamic-based student organization in the future must continue to progress and develop in a better direction and follow the demands and expectations of the Islamic student movement which is progressive and able to be competitive. The main goal is that each friendship forum can create a work development program pattern that is following the demands and expectations of the era to be faced, the method of implementing this community service activity uses the "community development practice" workflow. The results of the coaching carried out are that Forsim has a work program that is not only based on Islam but can be varied, and the scoop work program continues to be developed according to needs and work programs. The conclusion from the whole series of services is that the pattern of coaching in the development of the Forsim work program is carried out in a systematic and structured manner in 4 main frameworks, namely needs analysis and setting priority scales, planning, and the coaching process, then coaching is closed with a review as well as evaluation, finally financing and program approval Work. Abstract

The growth and development of Early Childhood (EC) is holistic. Thus, the development process requires facilities to help it, the implementation of the curriculum and parenting patterns in the learning process must also be able to be holistic and comprehensive. This research aims to see the relevance of the curriculum to holistic peer parenting in early childhood education research, the method used is grounded theory, systematic design, data collection techniques and the development of instruments used in this research is through cross-checked observations with an interview process. with teachers, and document analysis. The analysis technique is a cycle consisting of; data collection, coding, axial coding, selective coding, and conventional coding. The results of this research are that the implementation of the existing curriculum in the field is very relevant to the holistic parenting pattern of peers because peer parenting is directly integrated into the curriculum/learning implementation process, where both can develop all of the child's basic potential such as intellectual, physical, spiritual, emotional, social and aesthetic), as well as the relationship between the individual and other people, the individual and natural environment, the student's self and the external maximally and completely. However, in the process, the teacher must be able to help, guide, and direct so that the process can achieve all the achievements in the curriculum.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the character of ulul albab as a study of academic ethics in Islam. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with library research methods. Data sources are quoted from credible websites such as Google Scholar and SINTA. Furthermore, the data was analyzed and checked for validity through data triangulation. The results of this research conclude that there are 9 ulul albab characters as a complete form of academic ethics for every student, namely (1) having knowledge and being serious about developing it; (2) firm attitude in the practice of scientific culture; (3) visionary in balancing logical thinking and Islamic spirit; (4) have an integral-transdisciplinary view; (5) has a high work ethic and self-devotion attitude to the community; (6) pious and noble, and emulate the Prophet Muhammad; (7) have a moderate attitude; (8) contribute to the development of human civilization; and (9) looking happy or sa'adah in dealing with life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan masih rendahnya kompetensi guru sehingga berdampak terhadap kemampuan komunikasi dan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kompetensi guru dan dampaknya pada komunikasi dan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di MTs Se-Kecamatan Cangkuang Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dari 5 MTs se-Kecamatan Cangkuang. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling yang berjumlah 75 Siswa. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara membagikan angket kepada responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dibedakan menjadi 2 bagian besar, yaitu menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan metode regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kompetensi guru, kompetensi guru terhadap kemampuan komunikasi, dan kompetensi guru terhadap kemampuan berfikir kritis. Selain itu terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kemampuan komunikasi melalui kompetensi guru, dan juga terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap berfikir kritis melalui kompetensi guru di MTs se Kecamatan Cangkuang Kabupaten Bandung
