Abstract

Anxiety is a worry about something unwanted will happen to someone. The type of research used is quantitative with a research design study of hypothesis submission. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire). Data analysis techniques consisted of descriptive analysis and Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) analysis. The results of the research statistically showed that there was a significant correlation between coach intimacy with athletes and achievement motivation on athlete's competition anxiety. Coach intimacy with athletes and achievement motivation on competition anxiety have a negative correlation. With the results of the hypothesis between coach intimacy with athletes of 0.210 with an R squared value of 0.420, the correlation between competition motivation is 0.803 with an R squared value of 0.116 and the correlation between coach intimacy and achievement motivation is 0.028 with an R squared value of 0.423. The conclusion of this study is that there is a correlation between coach intimacy with athletes on anxiety and a correlation between coach intimacy and athlete achievement motivation. There is no correlation between achievement motivation and competition anxiety

Abstract

Beach ball games are sports that require more conditions than indoor footballs generally due to heavier rules and venues. So not only is the physical better but the mental must also be considered. Selftalk and Imagery's mental training affects the game (attack and serve) of the beach ball. Formula problem 1) Is there an effect of selftalk training on the ability of the game of the beach ball athlete of Tegal city? 2) Is there an influence of imagery training on the playing ability of football athletes on the beaches of Tegal cities? 3) Is there effectiveness of selftalk and imagery exercises against the gaming ability of the city's beaches? The aim is to influence the significant influence and effectiveness of Selftalk and Imagery mental training on the ability of the beach ball game of Tegal City athletes. Researchers use experimental research methods with matching by subject design research design. The population in this study was 8 Bolavoli Athletes of Tegal City Beach. The sample withdrawal technique used by Purposive Sampling is a sample determination technique using certain considerations or characteristics. The results of the study data in the analysis used the Shapiro-Wilk Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, multiple linear regression test, paired t test and independent t test. Result 1) there is a significant influence, with a count of 14,967 > t tables 2,446, and significance values of 0.001 < 0.05 in selftalk exercises 2) there are significant influences, with t calculated result of 6,789 > t tables 2,446, and significance values of 0.007 < 0.05 in imagery drills 3) looking at effectiveness, selftalk exercises are better than imagery imagery Because the resulting number is 0.001 because it is close to the number 0. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence and effectivity of selftalk and imagery exercises on the ability of the game, especially attack and service techniques in beach volleyball athletes of Tegal City. The advice and conclusion above is that coaches are able to make additional exercises that are useful to improve their abilities and develop a better training program for the mental improvement of athletes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of imagery training on the results of goal kicks. This study uses experimental research methods. The instrument used is the Shooting Accuracy test. The validity of the test using content validity included face and logical validity with the reviewers seeing that the test was good in terms of the appearance of the test. The reliability coefficient of shooting with the instep was 0.940 and shooting with the toe was 0.967. The research sample was the female futsal athlete U-19 Five Star Club. The data analysis technique uses the T-test. The results of the t-test: sig. (2-tailed) pretest and posttest instep shooting of 0.001 <0.05 with a t count of 7.032 > t table of 2.447. sig. value (2-tailed) pretest and posttest shooting toe of 0.000 <0.05 with a t count of 17.393> t table of 2.447 so that it means there is an influence between imagery training on increasing the results of shooting accuracy for female futsal athletes U-19 Five Star Club. sig. value (2-tailed) instep shooting posttest and toe posttest 0.000 <0.05 with a t count of 7.840> t table 2.447 which means that the use of imagery training methods for instep shooting has a better level of effectiveness than the shooting.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between anthropometric factors and anxiety on the 200-meter sprint speed of athletes at the Pandanaran Athletics Center in Semarang. The background of this study is based on the importance of combining physical and psychological aspects in determining the optimal performance of short-distance runners. The method used is a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The study subjects consisted of 36 athletes selected through purposive sampling. Anthropometric variables included height, weight, and leg length; anxiety was measured using the CSAI-2 questionnaire. Running speed data was obtained through timing of the 200-meter run. Regression analysis results showed that, simultaneously, height, weight, and anxiety significantly influenced running speed (sig. = 0.006 < 0.05). Partially, only weight and anxiety had significant effects, with a negative coefficient for weight and a positive coefficient for anxiety. Meanwhile, height and leg length do not have a significant effect. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 36.3% indicates that the independent variables can explain part of the variability in running performance. These findings emphasize the importance of training that integrates physical and psychological dimensions.
