Abstract

Keterampilan komunikasi yang efektif sangat penting untuk keberhasilan baik dalam lingkungan akademik maupun sosial. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan tips dan strategi berharga kepada siswa sekolah dasar untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi mereka. Ini mengeksplorasi pentingnya komunikasi yang jelas dan percaya diri, mendengarkan secara aktif, dan isyarat non-verbal. Selain itu, ia menawarkan latihan dan aktivitas praktis yang dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi mereka dengan cara yang menyenangkan dan menarik. Dengan menerapkan tips ini, siswa sekolah dasar dapat membangun landasan yang kuat untuk komunikasi efektif yang akan bermanfaat bagi mereka sepanjang perjalanan akademis dan seterusnya.

Abstract

Inclusive education is very important in this era of globalization, where it is hoped that all children, including children with special needs (ABK), have the same right to receive education. This research aims to understand teachers' abilities in recognizing ABK and effective strategies for assessing their abilities, as well as helping facilitate learning that suits the needs and abilities of ABK. This research uses a literature review approach by analyzing various literature sources, articles and related research that have been published previously. The research results show that there are many strategies that have been used to improve teachers' abilities in recognizing and assessing students with special needs in inclusive schools. This strategy includes training and workshops, preparation of an inclusive curriculum, mentoring by experts, and the use of educational technology. The results of this research also show that these approaches can improve teachers' professional abilities, support learning tailored to the needs of students with special needs, and reduce exclusion in the educational context. Therefore, it is hoped that these strategies can become a reference in improving the quality of inclusive education in inclusive schools.

Abstract

The rapidly increasing progress of the times requires us to be able to keep up with the developments of the times. One thing that continues to improve rapidly as time goes by is digital technology. Digital technology is currently very necessary for every aspect of life in the fields of education, government, health and other aspects. One of the current focuses is graphic design, where graphic design is very necessary to support aspects of human life. To equip the younger generation with the basics of graphic design to make it easier to participate in current developments, design schools are carried out. This design school is focused on training in using the Canva application. Graphic design is a form of communication through visualization so it can be a very effective form of communication media. This design school training is aimed at training every element of society to be able to grow and develop their soft skills so that they are able to participate and compete in this era to become someone who is successful and successful in developing creativity and quality of work.
