Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, Work environment on employee performance and the Effect of Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to all employees of PT. Eka Mas Republic Branch Tangerang, totaling 71 respondents with saturated sampling technique. The data obtained were then processed using SPSS statistical software version 26. This analysis included validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests, simple regression analysis tests, multiple regression analysis tests, coefficient of determination tests, and statistical tests through t-tests and F tests. The t-test results show that work discipline and work environment partially positively and significantly affect employee performance. The F test simultaneously shows that work discipline and work environment ultimately impact substantially employee performance.  The correlation coefficient is 0.926, meaning that the three variables have a firm level of relationship. The R2 value is found to be 0.857, meaning that the influence of work discipline and work environment variables on employee performance is 85.7%, while the remaining 14.3% is explained by other variables not discussed in the study.

Abstract

This research aims to partially and simultaneously determine the influence of promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions. The object of this research is consumers of Bakmi Dua Saudara, located in Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency. The sample formulation was based on the Slovin formula, namely 71 respondents. This research method is Multiple Regression Analysis with SPSS version 26. The results of this research are that partial promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion and service quality significantly affect purchasing decisions; the coefficient of determination value is 37.6, with 37.6% of the variation in purchasing decisions being explained by promotion and service quality together, other factors influence the remainder.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of motivation and the physical work environment on employee performance at CV. Putra Abadi Jaya, Tangerang Regency. The research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires from 65 employees. The motivation variable includes physiological needs, security, self-esteem, and self-actualization, while the physical work environment covers lighting, ventilation, workspace comfort, and cleanliness. Employee performance is measured through work quality, productivity, and time discipline. The analysis results show that motivation significantly affects employee performance. The physical work environment also significantly impacts employee performance. Simultaneously, both variables together have an impact on employee performance, with an F-value of 74.292 and an R² of 0.706, indicating that 70.6% of the variation in employee performance is explained by motivation and the physical work environment. This study concludes that increasing motivation and improving the physical work environment can significantly enhance employee performance. CV. Putra Abadi Jaya is recommended to continue optimizing motivation factors and the physical work environment to support employee productivity and well-being.
