Abstract

Pemanfaatan sistem informasi dalam suatu perusahaan menjadi sangat penting karena dapat membantu dalam memberikan informasi dan keputusan yang akan dibuat sehingga dengan dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi aktivitas perusahaan. Keberadaan perusahaan bidang pembiayaan konsumen berperan penting bagi dunia usaha khususnya usaha jasa transportasi karena akan mempermudah konsumen dalam mengajukan permohonan pembiayaan untuk dapat memiliki alat transportasinya. Saat ini perusahaan menerapkan suatu aplikasi Sistem Informasi Customer Marketing untuk meningkatkan layanan kepada konsumen. Dengan sistem informasi ini akan membantu pihak perusahaan dalam pengambilan sebuah keputusan. Dalam rangka untuk mengukur dan mengevaluasi layanan yang ada pada perusahaan khususnya layanan dari sistem informasi yang dimilikinya, maka perlu dilakukan suatu pengukuran kualitas layanan dari sistem informasi yang digunakan saat ini. Penggunaan metode Quality Function Deployment dalam mengukur kualitas layanan sistem informasi ini dilakukan agar pihak perusahaan mengetahui kekurangan dan kelebihan dari sistem informasi Customer Marketing yang digunakan sehingga dengan pengukuran kualitas sistem informasi ini dapat dilakukan pembenahan dan perbaikan terhadap sistem informasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap pengguna dari layanan Sistem Informasi Customer Marketing PT. Armada Finance yang berjumlah 5 orang, yaitu karyawan bagian Loan admin., Teller, Cashier, Customer Service, dan A/R control serta melibatkan pakar dari Sistem Informasi Customer Marketing berjumlah 2 orang yaitu Branch Manager yang merangkap sebagai Credit Investigations and Marketing Head dan Operation and Marketing Head.

Abstract

lham Meubel is a wood craftsman who produces various products including: tables, chairs, frames, doors, sideboards, kitchen sets and so on. The problems faced by partners when running a business are that the production equipment they have is no longer suitable, namely a serkel table that is outdated and they don't have a nail gun that is needed to support activities when installing products for clients from Ilham Meubel. Apart from that, craftsmen do not prioritize occupational health and safety (K3). This can be seen when working partners do not wear any K3 equipment during their activities. Therefore, in this service activity, solutions will be provided regarding these problems which will be carried out in stages, namely eight months. The first solution given was the provision of serkel tables and nail guns and the next was the provision of K3 equipment along with training. The target of this service activity is to improve production quality accompanied by the use of K3. The output of this service is a service journal, online mass media articles and videos of activity implementation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the “Tumbas Teh Susu” beverage business in Jember Regency based on financial and non-financial aspects. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The analysis encompasses legal, market, financial, technical, management, socio-economic, and environmental aspects. The non-financial analysis results indicate that the business possesses strong market prospects among students, a strategic location, and efficient production processes. However, improvements in formal legal licensing are still required. Financially, the business is highly feasible, indicated by a Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp91.388.420, a Profitability Index (PI) of 10.14, and a Payback Period (PP) of less than 3 months. Overall, the “Tumbas Teh Susu” business is declared feasible to operate and has strong potential for sustainable development.
