Abstract

Abstract In this research, the author used a qualitative descriptive legal research method. This descriptive legal research method, which is qualitative in nature, is a research method that refers to the collection of data contained in real-world phenomena and facts that live and develop in society. Clear and definite protection, related to insurance, work safety and others. The efforts that must be made are that the government should change the status of partners to workers in order to obtain clear legal protection.Keywords: Legal Protection, Delivery of Goods, Partner Status Abstrak Dalam penelitian ini,penulis menggunakan metode penelitian hukum Deskriptif yang bersifat kualitatif. Metode penelitian hukum Deskriptif yang bersifat kualitatif ini merupakan metode penelitian yang mengacu pada pengumpulan data yang terdapat dalam fenomena-fenomena dan fakta secara apa adanya yang hidup dan berkembang dalam masyarakat.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di dapatkan hasil bahwa akibat dari hubungan kurir berstatus mitra ini tidak mendapatkan perlindungan yang jelas dan pasti, terkait asuransi, keselamatan kerja dan lain-lain. Adapun upaya yang mesti dilakukan yakni seharusnya pemerintah mengubah status mitra menjadi pekerja guna mendapatkan perlindungan hukum yang jelas.Kata Kunci : Perlindungan Hukum, Pengiriman Barang, Status Mitra
