Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh prevalensi penyakit kanker mengalami peningkatan dalam lima tahun terakhir. Salah satu kanker yaitu Kanker Payudara, Data Global Cancer Observatory 2018 dari World Health Organization (WHO) menunjukkan kasus kanker yang paling banyak terjadi di Indonesia adalah kanker payudara, yakni 58.256 kasus atau 16,7% dari total 348.809 kasus kanker. Kanker payudara dapat menyebabkan masalah kesehatan fisik, status psikologik, tingkat kebebasan, hubungan sosial dan lingkungan dimana mereka berada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas hidup pada pasien Kanker payudara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Study Literature Review dengan mencari dan mengutip jurnal terkait dari google cendekia. Tinjauan data dilakukan untuk menarik kesimpulan dan hasil pada kualitas hidup pasien kanker payudara. Hasil yang peneliti temukan yaitu sebanyak 3 jurnal terkait kualitas hidup pasien kanker payudara menurut (Erna Irawan, Sri Hayati, Desi Purwaningsih, 2017), (Dian Ayu Juwita, Almahdy, Rizka Afdhila, 2018), (Laurentina Nona Eda, Sri Puguh K , 2016) hasilnya terdapat beberapa pasien kanker payudara yang mempunyai kualitas hidup kurang baik yaitu pada segi kesehatan fisik dan hubungan social. Rekomendasi bagi perawat agar meningkatkan dalam pemberian penkes mengenai kanker payudara dan selalu memberikan dukungan kepada pasien agar kualitas hidup nya tetap baik. Kata Kunci : Kanker payudara, Kualitas Hidup ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the prevalence of cancer has increased in the last five years. One of the cancers is Breast Cancer, Global Cancer Observatory 2018 data from the World Health Organization (WHO) shows that the most common cancer cases in Indonesia are breast cancer, which is 58,256 cases or 16.7% of the total 348,809 cancer cases. Breast cancer can cause physical health problems, psychological status, level of freedom, social relations and the environment in which they are located. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of life picture in breast cancer patients. This type of research is Study Literature Review by searching and quoting related journals from Google Scholar. Data review was conducted to draw conclusions and results on the quality of life of breast cancer patients. The results that researchers found were as many as 3 journals related to the quality of life of breast cancer patients according to (Erna Irawan, Sri Hayati, Desi Purwaningsih, 2017), (Dian Ayu Juwita, Almahdy, Rizka Afdhila, 2018), (Laurentina Nona Eda, Sri Puguh K, 2016) the results are that there are some breast cancer patients who have poor quality of life in terms of physical health and social relations. Recommendations for nurses to improve the provision of health care about breast cancer and always provide support to patients so that the quality of life remains good. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the average incidence of COPD in West Java that exceeds the average in Indonesia and is one of the non-communicable diseases which is the main cause of death by golabal (Riskesdas, 2013). Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a chronic disease characterized by obstruction of air flow and is progressive, so it is necessary to do efforts to improve nursing care because it will affect the quality of life of patients. This study aims to determine the relationship of COPD degrees with the quality of life of COPD patients. The research method used is systematic literature review or often abbreviated as SLR. The results of the synthesis of previous research data that have similar substance / theme have the result that the respondents are mostly elderly with age 50 years and over, male sex, and have a history of smoking, distribution of COPD degrees and distribution of the quality of life of COPD patients vary in each house ill data that can be concluded from the SLR results are patients with moderate COPD degrees, most of whom experience a good quality of life, and patients who have severe COPD degrees have poor quality of life. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between the degree of COPD and the quality of life of COPD patients. It is recommended to other researchers to have a variety of research methods to prevent unwanted situations in working on research to be studied and to optimize the time and conditions for conducting research.
