Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon of student delinquency which has recently become increasingly worrying, such as: brawls between students, promiscuity among teenagers, drug abuse and so on, from these problems teachers, especially Islamic religious education teachers, have a duty and role to improve behavior. Islamic students. The focus of the research in this case is knowing the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the formation of Islamic character, knowing the formation of character education by Islamic Religious Education teachers, knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors for Islamic Religious Education teachers in forming the character of class VII-A MTs students. al Huriyah Rejoso Pasuruan. This research was prepared based on field data using a qualitative approach. Data collected using observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, for the analysis, the researcher used descriptive qualitative, namely in the form of a comprehensive description and description of the data collected about the actual situation. The results of this research indicate that Islamic religious education teachers play a role in shaping students' Islamic behavior. The role of teachers as educators in shaping students' Islamic behavior in class VII-A MTs students. al Huriyah Rejoso Pasuruan, namely by always guiding and developing students to behave Islamically on a daily basis.

Abstract

Role means something that is played or carried out. A role is defined as an activity that is played or performed by someone who has a position or social status in the organization. Morals mean attitudes, customs, habits or systems of behavior, habits that are common in a person's personality without any coercion that occurs because of themselves. The industrial era 4.0 is an effort to transform towards improvement by integrating the online world and production lines in industry, where all production processes run with the internet as the main support. This research focuses on: the role of Islamic boarding schools in the formation of santri morals, inhibiting and supporting factors in the formation of santri morals in the industrial era 4.0? With the aim: To find out the role of the Islamic boarding school, Al Muttaqin Bugul Lor Islamic Boarding School, Pasuruan City in the formation of santri morals. To find out the inhibiting and supporting factors for santri morals at the Al Muttaqin Bugul Lor Islamic Boarding School, Pasuruan City in the industrial era 4.0. In this research, researchers use a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is research that aims to describe phenomena or events that are considered unique, actual and relevant to certain scientific disciplines. In this research, theory is only used as an analytical tool in explaining this phenomenon. Meanwhile, the type of research used in this research is descriptive. This research is divided into three stages, namely: data collection, identifying data, final stage of research.

Abstract

Kualitas santri merupakan cirri khas utama dari seseorang baik itu perorangan maupun kelompok. Untuk memperkuat kualitas seorang santri sangat diperlukan yang namanya sistem Pendidikan Pondok PesantrenTerpadu. Sistem Pendidikan Pondok PesantrenTerpadu tergolong kepada tipe Pondok Pesantren demokratis dimana system Pondok Pesantren selalu megadakan musyawarah kepada seluruh dewan guru, dan staf, dalam menetapakan setiap keputusan yang akan diambil. Pondok PesantrenTerpadu tergolong kepada tipe Pondok Pesantren demokratis dimana system Pondok Pesantren selalu megadakan musyawarah kepada seluruh dewan guru, dan staf. Dalam menetapkan setiap keputusan yang akan diambil. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian yang menggambarkan isi data, kutipan-kutipan data dan member gambaran penyajian laporan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara serta studi dokumenter. Implementasi sistem Pendidikan Pondok Pesantren terpadu di Darul Ulum dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas santri adalah Sistem pendidikan Pondok Pesantren Terpadu tipe Pondok Pesantren demokratis dimana system Pondok Pesantren selalu mengadakan musyawarah kepada seluruh dewan guru, dan staf dalam menetapkan setiap keputusan yang akandiambil. Sistem Pendidikan terpadu ini dalam menjalankan peran managemennya, dengan tidak memberikan batasan atau perbedaan antara ustadz/ustadzah, staf dan tata usaha. Mereka berbaur menjadi satu kesatuan. Dengan upaya mengaplikasikan program- program yang telah direncanakan dan disusun oleh system pendidikan pesantren terpadu. Juga melakukan evaluasi program mutu pendidikan santri yang dilakukan satu kali dalam seminggu.
