Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh sistem manajemen kinerja terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif dan kinerja karyawan yang di moderasi kepemimpinan transformasional pada perusahaan pertambangan di Maluku Utara. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada perusahaan pertambangan A dan B yang berlokasi di Pulau Obi, Maluku Utara. Sampel terkumpul sebanyak 87 responden yang dibagikan melalui kuisioner. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ada 4 variabel yaitu sistem manajemen kinerja, perilaku kerja inovatif dan kinerja, kepemimpinan transformasional. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa variabel sistem manajemen kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kinerja inovatif (β = 0.594, t = 6.925, p = 0.000), variabel kepemimpinan transformasional memperkuat pengaruh sistem manajemen kinerja terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif dan tidak signifikan (β = 0.075, t = 1.176, p = 0.240), variabel perilaku kerja inovatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (β = 0.654, t = 11.038, p = 0.000). Peran sistem manajemen kinerja di perusahaan sangat penting karena dapat mempengaruhi terciptanya perilaku kerja yang inovatif dan kinerja terhadap karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional walaupun tidak memoderasi hubungan antara sistem manajemen kinerja terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif akan tetapi kepemimpinan transformasional mempengaruhi perilaku kerja inovatif terhadap karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Leader Member Exchange, Employee Participation in Commitments, Affective Commitments on Organization Citizenship Behavior. The design of this research was carried out through the use of hypothesis testing. This data collection took place cross-sectionally. The data used in the research is primary data and was collected by distributing questionnaires via g-from which were filled in by employees of automotive auction companies. The sample collection method was purposive sampling method of 125 employees. The data processing technique used in this research is testing instruments such as validity and reliability as well as structural equation modeling (SEM) using SPSS and AMOS. The research results show that Leader Member Exchange has a positive effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior, Employee Participation in Commitments has a positive effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior, Affective Commitments has a positive effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior. The managerial implication that can be given to companies is that companies can further improve Organizational Citizenship Behavior among employees through the implementation of Leader Member Exchange, Employee Participation In Commitments, Affective Commitments in carrying out their work.

Abstract

Turn over intention has been seen as a crucial issue for company management for many years because it has negative impacts on organizations such as the loss of employee expertise, experience and skills. The method used is descriptive quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to hotel employees in Jakarta. With the aim of conducting empirical testing of all hypothesis formulations in research by means of hypothesis testing. The results obtained are from the analysis of the effect of the hypothesis of satisfaction with intrinsic reward (SIR) which has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction; Worklife balance (WLB) has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction; satisfaction with extrinsic reward (SER) has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction; and Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse teleworking on work life balance through job motivation, job satisfaction and job performance. The objects in this study were 125 respondents at Distributor Companies in West Jakarta. The method used for sampling in this study is purposive sampling used descriptive statistical data analysis method and using the 22 version of the SEM test. Methods used to conduct field research namely using a questionnaire. This study consisted of one independent variable, namely teleworking, one dependent variable, namely work life balance, and three intervening variables, namely job motivation, job satisfaction, and job performance.
