Abstract

AbstractMarriage fasid and marriage vanity is a form of unauthorized marriage in the eyes of the laws of law and religion. In fact now, many marriages are not in accordance with the procedure and do not meet the pillars and terms of the marriage. Just based on the same likes without seeing the terms and pillars to be met before marriage. Therefore, to overcome such a thing required a principle of selectivity that is a principle in a marriage when a person who wants to marry it must select first with whom he may marry and with whom he is prohibited to marry. Kata Kunci: Nikah Fasid, Nikah Batil

Abstract

Syariah bank has developed from year to year, although it is not booming like conventional banks due to various factors. Some experienced problems in its development are the aspects of law, lack of socialization of Syariah Bank, the operational constraints, and public's understanding toward Syariah Bank is still low. All constraints should be analyzed in accordance with the facts which exist in society to have solution as an input to develop Syariah Bank for the future.

Abstract

Housing finance (KPR), one of the leading products held by the Bank Syariah Mandiri has many devotees especially women. Based on the writer’s analysis, the reason underlying the high demand of women make housing finance is for the future of their families. Most of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Indonesia in general provide housing finance as a favorite product for women than many other products. In addition, another interesting product for women is automobile finance for buying a new car or a second hand one. Automobile finance is not many as housing finance.

Abstract

The role of women in society in reproduction aspect, economic, social, politic, and Islamic leadership placed women as members in community activities or organizations. This is proved by the fact that women who are actively in organizations aren’t brave enough like men. This is become a reason why the proposed program of women is not so much to be accepted and implemented into the existing political world. The factors influence women's involvement in their role in society is education as a crucial factor because all the tasks entrusted to women can be done because of their education. This means that there is positive correlation between tasks and education.

Abstract
