<![CDATA[Exclusive breastfeeding is breast milk given to the baby from birth for 6 months, without adding or replacing other foods or drinks. The cause of not achieving exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by several factors, one of which is not smooth milk production. The purpose of this dedication is to increase knowledge and understanding of oxytocin massage as an effort to increase breast milk production. The method used is counseling and demonstration with 10 respondents. Devotion to the mother contains the problem of lack of knowledge about the mother oxytocin massage as an effort to increase breast milk production, with the solution: Stage 1 Determine the target postpartum mothers to be given information, through Puskesmas Sumowono information class postpartum mothers to provide health education oxytocin massage, Stage 2 :provide health education about oxytocin massage as an effort to increase breast milk production, oxytocin massage practice to one postpartum mother, Stage 3 :evaluate postpartum mothers by giving some questions. From the results before counseling by postpartum mothers found that the lowest value is 60 and the highest is 100, while the average value is 83. These results indicate that there is still a lack of knowledge of participants counseling about health education massage oksitosinsebagai efforts to increase breast milk production.While from the results after the counseling obtained that there is a change in the lowest value to 40 and the highest to 100 while the average value achieved to 88, from these results indicate that there is an increase in maternal knowledge after the provision of information on health education about oxytocin massage as an effort to increase breast milk production. Abstrak ASI eksklusif adalah ASI yang diberikan kepada bayi sejak lahir selama 6 bulan, tanpa menambahkan atau menggantikan makanan atau minuman lain. Penyebab belum tercapainya pemberian ASI ekslusif dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah tidak lancar produksi ASI. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pijat oksitosin sebagai upaya meningkatkan produksi ASI. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan demonstrasi dengan 10 responden ibu. Pengabdian pada ibu berisi permasalahannya tentang kurangnya pengetahuan ibu mengenai pijat oksitosin sebagai upaya meningkatkan produksi asi, dengan solusi : Tahap 1 Menentukan sasaran ibu nifas yang akan diberikan informasi, melalui Puskesmas Sumowono informasi kelas ibu nifas untuk melakukan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan pijat oksitosin, Tahap 2 :Memberikan Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang Pijat Oksitosin sebagai upaya Meningkatkan produksi ASI, mempraktikkan pijat oksitosin ke salah satu ibu nifas, Tahap 3 :Melakukan evaluasi kepada ibu nifas dengan memberikan beberapa pertanyaan. Dari hasil sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan oleh ibu nifas didapatkan bahwa nilai terendah yaitu 60 dan tertingginya yaitu 100, sementara nilai rata- ratanya yaitu 83. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa masih kurangnya pengetahuan peserta penyuluhan tentang pendidikan kesehatan pijat oksitosinsebagai upaya meningkatkan produksi asi.Sedangkan dari hasil setelah dilakukan penyuluhan didapatkan bahwa ada perubahan nilai terendah menjadi 40 dan tertingginya menjadi 100 sedangkan nilai rata-rata yang diraih menjadi 88, dari hasil ini menunjukan bahwa adanya peningkatan pada pengetahuan ibu setelah diberikanya informasi mengenai pendidikan kesehatan tentang pijat oksitosin sebagai upaya meningkatkan produksi asi.]]>
