Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and job training on the work productivity of employees of PT. Astra international Tbk partially and simultaneously. The population in this study are all employees of PT. Astra International Tbk. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as samples with a sample of 40 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation. The measurement scale uses a Likert Scale. The data analysis techniques used are instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 22. The results of the study based on hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 22 recruitment did not have a significant effect partially on the work productivity of PT. Astra International Tbk. For job training partially significant effect on work productivity of PT. Astra International Tbk. And simultaneously that recruitment and job training have a significant effect simultaneously on work productivity. Keywords: Recruitment, Job Training and Work Productivity  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen dan pelatihan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Astra international Tbk secara parsial dan simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. Astra International Tbk. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh yaitu teknik penentuan sampel apabila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel dengan jumlah sampel 40 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Skala pengukuran menggunakan Skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji coba instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS Versi 22. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS Versi 22 rekrutmen tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Astra International Tbk. Untuk pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja PT. Astra International Tbk. Dan secara simultan bahwa rekrutmen dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja.Kata kunci: Rekrutmen, Pelatihan Kerja dan Produktivitas Kerja
