Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at the opportunities and challenges of developing the quality of Islamic education in the 5.0 era. This research is based on a library research approach, which involves collecting data and information from various sources in the literature. The results showed that Islamic education is faced with various challenges in developing quality in the 5.0 era. These challenges include providing educational facilities and improving the quality of human resources. The provision of educational facilities is directly related to limited access to technology and the quality of educational content. Meanwhile, improving the quality of human resources is directly related to the lack of technological skills, skills gaps, and lack of access to infrastructure. The opportunities that Islamic education has in developing the quality of education in the 5.0 era are the management of digital-based education management and the development of 21st century skills.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Discipline is an order that can regulate the order of individual and group life. Discipline is the ability to control oneself in the form of not doing something, behavior and education that is not appropriate and contrary to something that has been determined. Furthermore, in an effort to inculcate student discipline in schools, it is very necessary to have a mature strategy carried out by school principals so that graduates from these educational institutions have strong attitude values. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. The main sources in this research are principals, educators and education staff, while the secondary sources in this study are relevant books and data analysis techniques from this study using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the results of the research data analysis, it can be concluded that the management efforts carried out by the principal in instilling student discipline are as follows: 1) Making school rules, 2) Arranging the physical environment, 3) Structuring the educational environment, 4) Cultivating togetherness, 5) Be a role model for students, 6) Giving sanctions for violations, 7) Coaching by habituation, 8) Coaching through motivation.

Abstract

Sekolah merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang dipercaya masyarakat dan Negara untuk menyiapkan sumber daya manusia yang dibutuhkan dalam pembangunan bangsa. Karena itu, sekolah dituntut harus mampu menghasilkan  out put yang berkualitas yaitu SDM yang pandai, terampil dan berbudi pekerti luhur. Manajemen dalam Islam berbeda dengan manajemen Jepang, Eropa atau Amerika selalu merujuk pada petunjuk al Qur’an dan Hadits. Oleh karena itu, maka manajemen merupakan suatu proses pengaturan, penyusunan, pengelolaan, dan penggunaan sumber daya secara efektif untuk mencapai suatu tujuan dengan niat ikhlas. Seorang manajer dengan berbekal niat ikhlas menyusun dan  menggerakkan sumber daya secara efektif dan efisien. upaya untuk membelajarkan seseorang atau kelompok orang melalui berbagai upaya (effort) dan berbagai strategi, metode dan pendekatan kearah pencapaian tujuan yang telah direncanakan, Akhlak merupakan suatu keadaan tertentu dalam diri seseorang yang berkenaan dengan sikap tindakan perilaku, atau kebiasaan yang muncul secara tetap, terus menerus dan teratur sebagai alat pengendali untuk dapat melakukan sesuatu secara baik
