Abstract

In recent decades, there has been a paradigm shift in how we perceive business. It is no longer solely about profit-making but also about considering the social and environmental impacts of business activities. This research aims to delve deeper into how social entrepreneurship can be implemented in the context of digital business to support the competitiveness and sustainability of SMEs. The research method employed is a qualitative literature review drawing data from Google Scholar within the timeframe of 2020-2024. A qualitative approach is used to understand and analyze various perspectives, theories, research findings, and concepts relevant to the research topic. The study findings indicate that the paradigmatic transition occurring in the business world today reflects the rapid and complex global changes. The evolving digital era has triggered a shift from traditional business paradigms towards more inclusive and sustainable approaches. Social entrepreneurship emerges as a significant catalyst in strengthening the competitiveness and sustainability of micro, small, and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the digital business environment. It is important to understand that social entrepreneurship is not just about seeking financial profit alone but also about advocating for social and environmental change.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh luas lahan, benih, pupuk, tenaga kerja dan pengalaman berusahatani terhadap produksi usahatani padi sawah di Desa Dumati Kecamatan Telaga Biru Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama dua bulan yaitu bulan April sampai dengan Bulan Mei 2025. Penelitian ini melibatkan 54 orang petani yang tersebar di Desa Dumati. Metode penelitian adalah survei. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa luas lahan, benih, pupuk, tenaga kerja, dan pengalaman berusahatani secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi usahatani padi sawah di Desa Dumati, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 97,10%. Kemudian hasil pengujian secara parsial ditemukan bahwa Luas lahan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap produksi usahatani padi sawah di Desa Dumati dengan koefisien determinasi parsial sebesar 17,90%, Benih berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi usahatani padi sawah di Desa Dumati dengan koefisien determinasi parsial sebesar 37,90%, Pupuk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi usahatani padi sawah di Desa Dumati dengan koefisien determinasi parsial sebesar 40,40%, Tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Produksi usahatani padi sawah di Desa Dumati dengan koefisien determinasi parsial sebesar 0,70%, dan Pengalaman berusahatani berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap produksi usahatani padi sawah di Desa dengan koefisien determinasi parsial sebesar 0,20%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the form of agricultural land damage due to mining activities in Dengilo District, Pohuwato Regency. The research approach used a survey method with a descriptive approach, involving 74 affected farmer respondents. This research was conducted for two months, namely August to September 2025 in Dengilo District, Pohuwato Regency, which is an ex-mining land location with a significant level of agricultural land damage. The results of the study show that mining activities in Dengilo District have caused severe and widespread damage to agricultural land, characterized by decreased soil fertility, degradation of land structure, pollution of irrigation water, and decreased agricultural productivity. These impacts not only disrupt the balance of the ecosystem, but also cause socio-economic losses for the community, especially farmers. Thus, more integrated environmental restoration and management efforts are needed to maintain the sustainability of agriculture and the welfare of local communities

Abstract

Historically, flooding in the Marisa River Basin (DAS) has had a significant impact on residential and agricultural areas, but spatial studies to map flood vulnerability are still very limited in the Marisa watershed. This study aims to map and identify the level of flood vulnerability in the Marisa watershed. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) as a geospatial approach with a scoring method for the main parameters in identifying flood vulnerability. The novelty of the study lies in the use of geological data and soil types, rainfall and topography combined with land use data in the Marisa watershed to identify flood vulnerability. The results show that areas with a high level of vulnerability are dominated by flat slopes, with an affected residential area reaching 773.36 Ha and rice fields 2,150.80 Ha, especially in Tunggulo and Tenilo Villages. Extreme rainfall in the upstream area and changes in land use are among the triggers of flooding, while Hydromorphic Alluvial soil and Qpr lithology in the downstream area exacerbate inundation. Therefore, spatial planning of the Marisa Watershed needs to focus on controlling land conversion in floodplains and strengthening conservation functions in upstream area
