Abstract

The importance of organizational commitment will have an impact on organizational performance, and for the organization need to foster organizational citizenship behavior, which is influenced by the presence of the behavior of transformational leadership and job satisfaction of employees. For this study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior satisfaction and organizational commitment.Gathering of date through questionnaires given to 105 employees at the University Dr. Soetomo by purposive sampling. The results show the value of F = 8,275 and p = 0,000 (p<0,01) proves that there is simultaneous effect of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior . The results obtained by the partial analysis of the value of t test = 1,067 and p = 0,288 (p> 0,05) which means that transformational leadership has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Partial analysis also prove the existence of a significant effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior with a value of t test= 3,106 and p = 0,002 (p<0,05). The results of the regression analysis testing also proved the influence of organizational citizenship behavior on organizational commitment obtained value F = 38,167 and p = 0,000 (p<0,01). Coefficient of determination known simultaneous transformational leadership and job satisfaction able to contribute effectively to organizational citizenship behavior by 14%, while organizational citizenship behavior able to contribute effectively to organizational commitment by 27% . Keywords:  transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan dan prosedur perbankan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam mengambil kredit pada bpr naga mulya Surabaya. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah yang mengambil kredit pada BPR Naga Mulya Surabaya yang berjumlah 11.517 orang, Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan sampel 240 responden.Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Keputusan Nasabah dalam Mengambil Kredit (Y), Pelayanan (X1) dan Prosedur Kredit (X2). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan teknik product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas dan uji linearitas.Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan (1) Pengaruh positif Citra Perbankan terhadap Keputusan Nasabah dalam Mengambil Kredit pada Bpr Naga Mulya Surabaya  dengan R=0,036 dan nilai R2=0,001, (2) Pengaruh positif Citra Perbankan terhadap Keputusan Nasabah dalam Mengambil Kredit dengan Pelayanan sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada PD BPR Bank SIDOARJO dengan R=0,041 dan nilai R2=0,002, (3) Pengaruh positif Citra Perbankan terhadap Keputusan Nasabah dalam Mengambil Kredit dengan Prosedur Kredit sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada Bpr Naga Mulya Surabaya R=0,090 dan nilai R2=0,008.Kata Kunci : Keputusan Nasabah dalam Mengambil Kredit; Pelayanan; Prosedur Kredit.

Abstract

From various aspects, the role of MSMEs in the national economy involves the government in formulating the Development Program in the National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN). The 2004-2009 RPJMN emphasizes a program to develop a business support system for MSMEs and a program for developing entrepreneurship and competitiveness. This concerns the formation of business behavior to achieve a more successful or successful performance and structure of micro, small and medium enterprises.According to Widayatun "Creativity is the ability to solve problems, which gives individuals creating original / adaptive ideas their full usefulness function to develop".Keywords: Creativity; UMKM; RPJMN.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of independent variables (brand image and social influence) on the dependent variable (purchasing decisions). The population in this study were consumers of the Honda Dwitara Surabaya Dealer who use or have used Honda Vario motorbikes. The sampling technique uses the Probability Sampling method, namely a sampling technique that provides an equal opportunity for each element (member) of the population to be selected as a sample, the sample size is 50 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been tested. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that: (1) Brand Image has a partial effect on Purchasing Decisions proven with a significant level of less than 0.05 (0.010 ≤ 0.05), (2) Social Influence has no partial effect on Purchasing Decisions proven with a significant level of more of 0.05 (0.175> 0.05) and, (3) Brand Image and Social Influence have a simultaneous influence on Purchasing Decisions, proven at a significant level of less than 0.05 (0.000 ≤ 0.05).
