Abstract

Sari et al., in their paper, discusses the hardness and corrosion resistance of hard facings on the surface of carbon steel. This paper aims to analyze the effect of hard facing and heat treatment on low carbon steels on increasing hardness and corrosion resistance. Tyassmadi et al., in their paper, examines the relationship between the implementation of tune-up standard operating procedure of motorcycle to the performance of mechanics in a workshop in Jakarta to know the contribution of the implementation of tune-up standard operating procedure of motorcycle to the performance of mechanics. Susetyo et al., in their paper, conducted a maintenance analysis on the critical components of the degreaser engine at PT X to determine the level of reliability of the main machine. Dwiyati et al., in their paper, carried out the weight lost the copper-nickel/copper-nickel-silicon layer of electroplating in HCl solution. The weight loss determines the effect of the time variation in electroplating coating copper-nickel/copper-nickel-silicon against the corrosion rate in low carbon steel. Basori and Iswadi, in their paper, discuss heating steel material with a carbon content of 0.074 wt. % up to a temperature of 1000 °C, then carried out variations in the holding times in the furnace for 10, 20, and 30 minutes and then quenched with coolant media to see the phenomena that occur. Syamsuir et al. carried out sandblasting with various pressures (4, 5, and 6 bar) to see the characteristics of the formed layer. Syaka et al., in their paper, mixed bioethanol as fuel to see its effect on engine performance and exhaust emissions in a four-stroke single-cylinder gasoline engine. Widodo, in his paper, analyzed shaft wear on the Hitachi Ex-100 front idler backhoe, which often occurs at the Highways Service Office of Kudus Regency, so that in the future damage to this track system can occur.

Abstract

Rohmatin et al., in their paper, discuss forklift performance analysis, where this paper aims to find out whether forklift performance is still within the standards set by using the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) method. Syaefudin et al., in their paper, analyze the calculation of the control and power design of portable Senai tools to get the appropriate power requirements in the field. Syaka et al., in their paper, conducted an experimental study of the performance of an air compression engine with modified centric gear on 4-stroke internal combustion, which was changed to 2-stroke by modifying the centric gear ratio from 2:1 to 1:1. Syamsuir, in their paper, carried out the electroplating process of copper and nickel to know the effect of the layer formed on Ms 7210 low carbon steel on the corrosion rate. Susetyo et al., in their paper, discuss the design and testing of cutting support devices with a rectifier rail system for plasma cutting operations. Fikri et al., in their paper, conducted research in the field of welding to know the effect of current strength on penetration depth, welding width, and hardness in the heat-affected zone (HAZ) of ST-37 steel. Wulandari and Dhiyaulhaq, in their paper, reviewed articles with a discussion on the use of exhaust heat from several transportation methods to cool cabins or products through conceptual research by reviewing related literature. Hartono et al., in their paper, designed a rice planter using the jajar legowo system, which has an optimal axle and finned wheel design.

Abstract

Syaka, et al., in their paper, analyzed the comparisons and differences in variations in setting injection duration and ignition timing for engine power output using Pertamax fuel using experimental methods. Riyadi, et al., in their paper, analyzed the effect of CDI and spark plug variations on the performance and fuel consumption of the Vespa Strada motor. This research was conducted to determine the effect of using variations of the CDI limiter and CDI unlimiter with spark plugs on torque, power, and fuel consumption using Pertamax fuel. Sopiyan, et al., in their paper, conducted experiments with two types of calipers to know the distance and braking time on a 125 cc motorcycle. Riyadi, et al., in their report, conducted experiments with roller weight variations to get the best acceleration value on the Honda Vario 150 automatic motorcycle. Rohmatin, et al., in their paper, discussed the development of chip packaging designs according to customer wishes using the quality function deployment (QFD) method. Muhammad and Yulianto, in their report, determined an excellent overhaul planning using the help of the Python programming language with the linear regression method. Setiawan, et al., in their paper, conducted a simulation analysis and fabrication of the frame to obtain the design of the frame and power for electric motorcycle applications. Juwardi, et al., in their paper, determined the standard time and productivity in the glass cleaning work of building X using the stopwatch time study method.

Abstract

Firmansyah et al., in their paper, conducted local stress analysis using finite element-based software. The study is carried out on the static load that comes from the ship when it is anchored at the harbour. This analysis aims to determine the fender's stress characteristics and maximum stress value. Yuniadi and Kurniawan, in their paper, analyzed the strength and safety factor of the chassis using the finite element method to determine the safety factor in the chassis design that was made. Darmawan and Kurniawan, in their paper, determine the wear rate of the brake pad so that the prediction of the service life of the brake pad is known and the factors causing the difference in the wear rate of the brake pad installed on the trailer bogies and motor bogies. Yulianti et al., in their paper, discuss the hydrogen output monitoring system on Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEV) using the Node-RED software application and regarding flowmeters with RS 232 output. Syaka et al., in their paper, add injectors that aim to improve fuel delivery fuel at high speed, which is expected to boost the power and torque of the standard vehicle. The vehicle used is a motorcycle with a programmed fuel injection (PGM-FI) system for the fuel atomizer. Sugiyanto et al., in their paper, varied the heating temperature and hydraulic pressure on the box and gear moulds using an injection moulding process to produce the maximum mould shape for the box and gear shapes. Abstract

SUMMARY. Rohmatin et al., in their paper, identified the movements that occur when using a portable study table and analyzed indications of user posture risks that could be experienced when utilizing a portable study table. Wahyudi and Kusuma, in their paper, analyze heat rate losses due to parameter deviations according to actual conditions and calculate cost savings and possible improvements to determine the performance of PLTU Banten 3 Lontar unit 2. Medikano et al., in their paper, innovate the wrench to simplify the machine maintenance process. Prasetyo et al., in their report, designed, developed, and tested a prototype of a grain drying machine based on hybrid PLTS technology. This research focuses on drying machine power calculations, thermal analysis, grain drying efficiency, and evaluation of PLTS systems. Sukarno et al., in their paper, developed an automatic water recirculation system to save clean water use and energy consumption in tilapia cultivation using a microcontroller based on pH and turbidity values ​​(NTU). Wijianto and Alfitrah, in their paper, simulated the fluid flow in this downdraft-type gasification installation to determine the influence of heat distribution or temperature in the gasification equipment installation and the effect of the mass flow rate of cooling water on the airflow out of the reactor. Abstract

SUMMARY. Saputro and Golwa, in their paper, developed a blade generator system for generating electrical energy from wasted wind in AC condensers. In their paper, Sopiyan et al. conducted hard-facing using the SMAW process and added titanium to the weld layer to increase hardness and corrosion resistance. Anggraini et al., in their paper, conducted research to obtain the productive percentage and operator workload level on the SVC93E20PBE compressor assembly line for the R600A refrigerator unit. Sugiyanto et al., in their paper, conducted research to determine the effect of temperature and pressure on the thickness and shrinkage of 30 ml bottle molds. Maulidah et al., in their paper, compared the resistance of the BCM-3 ship with a conventional hull and the BCM-4 ship with a bulbous bow hull. Chandra et al., in their paper, manufactured Mg2Si-based thermoelectric materials with bismuth doping using a solid-state reaction method using a powder technique in a sealed tube. Syaripuddin et al., in their paper, carried out hard facing on carbon steel surfaces using HV-800 electrodes with various thicknesses to see the hardness and corrosion of the weld layer. In addition, distortions were also observed in the post-welding specimens. Muliastri et al., in their paper, carried out welding on 6 mm AISI 1045 steel with varying currents of 75, 85, and 95 A to see the effect on the tensile strength and Vickers hardness tests.
