Abstract

IBII merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta terbesar di Jakarta. IBII senantiasi berkeinginan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada pelanggannya, untuk itu dibangunlah suatu sistem komputerisasi yang diberi nama SIASI. Pengukuran terhadap siasi ini menggunakan model DeLone dan McLEane 2003. Model ini mengukur dan mencari hubungan antar variabel . Variabel yang terdapat dala model ini adalah Kualitas sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Layanan, Intensitas Pengguna, Kepuasan Pengguna dan manfaat bersih. Dari variabel tersebut Bagaimanakah pengaruh kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan   pengguna?, atau secara sendiri sendiri variabel tersebut berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan  pengguna. Model DeLone dan McLeane mengalami perkembangan, dari model DeLone dan McLeane 1992 hingga Model DeLone dan McLeane 2003. Variabel model DeLone dan McLeane 1992 terdiri dari kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, pengguna, kepuasan pengguna, dampak individu dan dampak organisasi. Sedangkan untuk model DeLone dan McLeane 2003 adalah hampir sama dengan model DeLone dan McLeane 1992 hanya ada penambahan kualitas layanan dan Net Benefit sebagai gabungan dari dampak individu dan dampak organisasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur pengaruh  antar variabel Kualitas system, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dalam model DeLone dan McLeane adalah dengan menggunakan Regresi Berganda. Untuk pengolahan datanya menggunakan SPSS 17.0 . Dari hasil pembahasan maka diketahui bahwa kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan memiliki pengaru terhadap kepuasan pengguna.  Secara sendiri sendiri kualitas sistem tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Akan tetapi kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan  berpengaruh kepada kepuasan  pengguna.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology assist people in variousaspects of human life. One aspect of those is education. Utilization of information and communicationtechnology in education is useful for users to understand the learning materials quickly and easily.Currently there has been online judge system which used for practice work on the problems ofprogramming. IBII provides a means for students majoring in information systems and informationtechnology for practicing programming capabilities through IBII Online Judge. In IBII Online Judge,there is a problem with the requirements of the use of algorithms and data structures. The purpose ofthis study is to design and create a white-box testing application that can assist test on IBII OnlineJudge. Application of white-box testing IBII Online Judge in this study developed using the Javaprogramming language. The design of white-box testing utilized the theory of lexical analysis withknowledge of algorithms and data structures. This study was developed using the methods of systemsdevelopment life cycle (SDLC) waterfall model. The design of the system used in this study describedas an object-oriented by using Unified Modeling Language (UML) such as use case diagram, classdiagrams, sequence diagrams and activity diagrams. The results of this study were white-box testingapplication that can assist test on IBII Online Judge. The conclusions of this research is theapplication of white-box testing IBII Online Judge useful to perform testing on the user’s submittedsource code to the requirements of IBII Online Judge problem in the use of algorithms and datastructures.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology is very fast nowadays be a trigger factor many companies that want to compete effectively for implementing information and communication technology within the organization to support the performance and achievement of corporate goals. With a vision to be one of the best fitness center in Jakarta, even in Indonesia, Klub Ade Rai Wisma Gading Permai need to use information and communication technology to support business processes in order to manage the relationship with the customer. But this time the company does not have information technology systems that can assist the management in generating information related to the customer making it difficult for the management to make a strategic decision of the company. The method used in this study were interviews and observations at Klub Ade Rai Wisma Gading Permai. Development system used in this study is the system development life cycle that can be described with the use of zero diagrams, context diagrams, and detailed diagrams. The results of this research are Customer Relationship Management information system that can assist companies in managing customer data, receiving complaints and suggestions, the reward system, extend the period of active members, and reports to manage relationships with customers, so the company may be better in efforts to build and manage relationships with customers. The conclusion of this study indicate that human resource information system to easily manage employee data and generate the reports needed. Key words: information systems, Customer Relationship Management, Fitness Centre.

Abstract

Application Imported Pet Shop is developed with the language VB.NET use Visual Studio 2010. This pet shop application can be used in the computer windows basic to run this application. In this research, methods of data collection by doing observation and interviewed the owner of Imported Pet shop. Design of this system is using SDLC waterfall method, in order to the writer has a guideline to make application for the Imported Pet shop.To conclude this research, this application of Imported Pet shop can be used doing many activities in daily. Starting from customer transaction, controlling inventory stock and workers, then help to reduce error in doing work. Abstract

This research is motivated by the difficult problem of giving recommendation of android smartphone according to user requirement and difficulty determine alternative product like brand, type, and specification criterion for selection of android smartphone. Researchers apply the Weighted Product method in calculating the recommendation of android smartphone. Researchers also apply prototyping method as system development method in this research. Data collection and user needs are done by conducting structured interviews on smartphone reviewers from Getective.com, non-direct observation through internet media and literature studies such as reading books, journals and websites as a supporting reference for this research. Through the process of research that has been done and the application development process that has been going on, the researchers concluded that the Weighted Product method is proven to provide recommendations android smartphone that suits the needs of prospective users and smartphone selection applications that researchers create, proven to facilitate users to get recommendations android smartphone according to their needs.Keywords: Weighted Product, Smartphone, Decision Support System, Android

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to make a online web-based photography gallery for the photographer to be able to share each other's work as well as his knowledge through the website this PhotoID. This website is a photo gallery featuring the works of photography by categories photos and has a feature to be able to view the metadata of a photo, coupled with the article and the article information regarding photography contest information and contest photography. Analysis of the system running is to use the analysis is SDLC  where the methods of analysis the authors analyze the needs of the user. At the design stage the authors designed the stages used in the manufacture website. The result is the creation of an online photo gallery PhotoID. PhotoID website is a forum for the exchange of photographs by photographers photo. Abstract

Technological developments in the digital age today, allowing human use technology such as computers and smartphones for use in all aspects of life. The wing chun organization of Indonesia does not have a computerized system to hold a match. This organization still uses manual system, that is by writing and taking notes on physical documents such as paper. Thus, it needs a system that can simplify the implementation of arrangement, scheduling and recording every game. The scheduling system and the arrangement system for wing chun matches are made using the PHP 5 (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, using the CodeIgniter framework, the authors use the PHP programming language because of its open source nature, so that any changes or additions will be greatly facilitated, because of the well-organized CodeIgniter framework. In this study, data collection is collected by conducting interviews and direct observation in the field, in order to obtain information that will be used to design the system, so that the system can run in accordance with user needs. The result of this research is a system used for wing chun matches that can be accessed anywhere by people associated with using communication media such as computers, smartphones that have been connected to the internet. The conclusion of this study is that this system can facilitate match organizers, for matches, game scheduling and detailed game recording. Suggestions for this system is to develop this system with Android or IOS based version due to the development of smartphones that can equalize computer performance with high flexibility. Keyword: Information System, web, scheduling, settings, tournament
