Abstract

This research is made because of many weakness owned by freight forwarding company in its business process. Vehicle reservation done by phone is not effective if there is too many requests at the same time. Delivery information’s distribution is still lacking ad goods claim problem which reducing the company’s profit. Android is an operating system for mobile device based on Linux which including operating system, middleware and application. Android based mobile devices can be used to access information from whenever and wherever. Programming language used is Java and PHP for accessing database. The database used is MySQL. Data collection technique in this research is obtained by observation non-participant, direct interview and literature study. To analyze and designing application, the flow and process in this goods delivery information system are described by data flow diagram, use case diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram, and Entity Relationship Diagram. The result produced by this research is an Android based goods delivery information application, starting from the vehicle reservation until claim items submission. And on the admin’s side is produced a vehicle data management web which is owned by delivery service company and information distribution process given to the people who’s using goods delivery service. Freight forwarding information system can facilitate CV. Express Tri’yo Mujur in processing goods delivery service. Freight forwarding information can be easily accessed by service users. Claim process is no more viewed as one of the problem which reduce the company’s profit because the standard rule is already written before the goods delivery request can be done, and with the evidence on the claim data there will be no party suffer from losses. Key words : Expedition, Service Delivery, Application, Android, Web.

Abstract

This Internet of Things (IoT) is leading the path to the smart world with ubiquitous computing and networking to ease different tasks around users and provide other tasks, such as easy monitoring of different phenomena surrounding us. In this research, a Wi-Fi controlled remote quadcopter is designed and built, enhanced with computing and communication technologies and join the communication framework, meeting a variety of services based on machine-to-machine interactions using wired and wireless communication. A quadcopter can be made several ways, one of them is using a simple microcontroller. In this research, Remote quadcopter is built by components such as 2300KV brushless motor, 2 pairs of the propeller, 4 ESCs, 11mAh LippoBaterry, Gyro+accelerometer board, and other quadcopter components. As the controller to the quadcopter, the Arduino Uno R3 module is utilized. The results of the research are a remote quadcopter controlled by an Android Smartphone as a combination of Arduino UNO and Wi-Fi module. The current results open many possibilities for future development for features of the quadcopter. Keywords: IoT, Remote quadcopter, Arduino

Abstract

Internet of Things merupakan konsep dan metode untuk kontrol jarak jauh, monitoring, pengiriman data, dan berbagai tugas lainnya. IoT terhubung dengan suatu jaringan sehingga dapat di akses dimana saja sehingga dapat mempermudah berbagai hal. IoT dapat dimanfaatkan di berbagai bidang, salah satunya adalah bidang agrikultur. Pada bidang ini IoT dapat digunakan untuk mengatur berbagai hal untuk menunjang pertamanan. Tidak jarang sebuah rumah memiliki sumber air tidak hanya satu, dan biasanya hanya satu sumber yang digunakan untuk melakukan penyiraman. Pemilik kebun atau tanah menyiram tanaman satu persatu hanya menggunakan satu sumber air dan proses penyiraman dapat tidak merata karena hanya berdasarkan pengamatan penyiram saja . Hal ini tidak efisien sehingga dapat menurunkan hasil. Pada penelitian ini akan dibuat purwarupa peralatan yang digunakan untuk irigasi yang berasal dari multisumber air berbasis IOT. Alat ini akan dilengkapi beberapa sensor yaitu sensor tanah dan sensor air. Peralatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemilik kebun atau tanaman untuk melakukan penyiraman otomatis dan akurat berdasarkan kadar air pada tanah. Keywords: IoT, Remote quadcopter, Arduino

Abstract

The Z and Alpha generations are the children who are born in the millennial age, where they cannot avoidlive without gadgets connected to the Internet. Being raised in this era of technological advancement leadsthe children in this generation to have a broad connection without a limit distance. However, languagemay become a barrier. Therefore, the need to be capable in the universal language becomes higher. Thispaper presents the development of an interactive English-language educational game using the voicerecognition technology in Google Assistant. The game is taking Krishna as the main character to attractchildren. The game will give the children the opportunity to dialogue with Krishna. It is hoped that theapplication can train and improve the ability of children to speak English well and correctly. In addition,the introduction of Krishna character can help to deliver the moral values that are presented in Krishna'slife story.Keywords—Google Assistant, Krishna, learning English, story, voice recognition
